Simplicity Car Care is proud to announce Shelley Sebastian as Manager of Human Resources. Shelley Sebastian brings over 20 plus years of diverse, strategic human resources experience to the team. Shelley has expertise in policy and procedure development, employee relations, training and development, recruitment and selection, investigations, performance and talent management, employee engagement initiatives and overall health and safety of the staff.
Shelley will lead and direct the programs and policies of the human resources department and will also be responsible for executing the talent management strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, and succession planning.
She started her career in the insurance industry and has continued to work in diverse industries including, non-profit, private, public, banking, Fintech and most recently education. Shelley provides support and guidance to managers and is well versed in employment legislation having supported groups both locally, and nationally.
In her spare time, Shelley is a Director on the Board of Directors for Tourette Canada.
