Notably, he played a pivotal role in onboarding Simplicity Car Care Leduc, while also providing invaluable support to Joe De Groot in delivering regional training initiatives, conducting Facility Evaluation Review audits, and assisting shops with challenges on Bodyshop Connect and operational matters.
