Welcome Michael Lawther!
Michael Lawther has more than 30 years of automotive repair experience, most of which from the glass industry, working with the likes of Standard Auto Glass, Speedy Glass and Trans Canada Glass.
In recent years, prior joining the Simplicity Car Care team, he was the National Process Manager for Mobile, with Belron Canada’s Service and Delivery Team. He would regularly travel across the country as well as internationally, gathering best practices, setting processes, standard operating procedures and eventually creating a successful business model for Consumer and Commercial Mobile Dispatch Operations, in which the GTA and other major markets are currently following today.
Michael also has experience working with franchising, technical training, developing KPI Dashboards, customer delight and business development, including his direct involvement in landing several National Fleet Accounts as well as drafting and adopting unprecedented Service Level Agreements, that included afterhours and Sunday service.
