Simplicity Car Care is proud to announce the addition of their newly appointed Advisory Board. The mission of the Advisory Board is to provide guidance and insight to help navigate Simplicity Car Care through the following initiatives:
- Building Simplicity Car Care into a leading global automotive brand.
- Re-imagining the automotive service experience for consumers and insurers.
- Achieving the Company’s 1 – 5 year strategic and financial growth targets.
- Assessing strategic acquisitions.
“Simplicity Car Care is very excited to announce the additions of Bill Brower and Dan Cockerell to our Advisory Board,” states Simplicity CEO, Paul Prochilo. “Our Advisory Board will help strengthen our position in the market by advising on matters of strategic growth, leverage their decades of experience in developing world renowned brands and provide insights to support our continued growth, while elevating client advocacy.”
The Advisory Board currently consists of two members, Bill Brower, Board Chairman, and Dan Cockerell, Board Member. Bill Brower has 30 years of P&C insurance industry experience and has held numerous leadership roles with top US carriers such as Liberty Mutual and Nationwide Insurance Company.
Currently, Bill serves as Vice President and Head of Auto Claims Strategy for a leading data and analytics provider. He is responsible for leading the development of innovative products that help insurers achieve greater efficiency within their claims departments. Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University and his MBA from Shorter University.
“COVID-19 dramatically changed consumer expectations across all industries prompting today’s customer to think Digital First,” states Bill. “I am very excited to join the Simplicity Car Care Advisory Board where the mission is to leverage technology to deliver service and repairs that exceed customer expectations.”
Dan Cockerell has held various executive operations roles at the Walt Disney World Resort, both in theme parks and resort hotels. He retired as the Vice President of the Magic Kingdom, where he led 12,000 cast members and entertained over 20 million guests annually. He earned his MBA in 2001 at the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Dan was a keynote speaker for the world-renowned Disney Institute for 18 years. He has addressed open-enrollment participants, as well as attendees in customized programs including the USAA Bank, General Motors, the U.S. department of State, the U.S. Army, the Southern Methodist University Business School, Porsche A.G., and United Airlines. He also participated in the Sodexo Quality Life Worldwide Conference Panel, moderated by Arianna Huffington, in 2015.
Dan is eager to get started on fulfilling his role on the Advisory Board, stating “I am really excited to be working with a company that is looking to disrupt the industry through the use of technology and a customer centric approach.”
With the assistance of the newly appointed Advisory Board, Simplicity Car Care will continue its focus on growth and challenging the status quo when it comes to automotive care and processes.
