A recent employee engagement survey at the Simplicity Car Care corporate office was conducted amongst all its employees across Canada. The purpose of the survey was to obtain a deeper understanding of the current work environment, culture, leadership, and overall employee engagement.

The results were outstanding as the employees rated Simplicity Car Care 9.04 out of 10.

The anonymous survey gave top marks to leadership and management, and high marks to employee relations and health and safety. The results were shared with all corporate employees and were celebrated.
