Got rear ended in my brand new car and my insurance company recommended Simplicity Car Care for fix. This happened about 5 weeks ago and I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review to see if any issues arise. I'm happy to report that they fixed my car perfectly and it looks brand new again. You can't even tell it was ever hit. All electronic sensors are working perfectly with no issues. Simplicity Car Care did a really good job on my car and I'm grateful that I took it there - I do recommend them. Thank you Simplicity Car Care - I'm super happy with your service.

In reviewing the damage to the front of my jeep, they tore it apart, completely trashed the inside. They had to go looking in damaged parts for my front licience plate. Would never use them again and told Desjardin insurance about them.The parts were not put in the vehicle as per your response...someone had to go looking for them somewhere to take off my liciense plate. The inside of the jeep was covered in dirt, mud, food wrappers!When I was leaving the receptionist had the gall to give me a friend/relatives business card fornused cars. Really I just lost my jeep!

They don't even deserve 1 star. They brutally damaged my friends car. Referred one of my friends and the hastle that he has to go through to get fixed .They made him run back and forth. Although they did Install OEM part and also insurance had coverage for its replacement . These scammers changed their statement regarding insurance not covering for OEM parts replacement.Their regional manager came to friends house and later found their horrible mistake done their mechanic and requested to bring back the car to different branch to get it fixed.He was able to fix the car by going to Toyota recommended shop where they are still identifying the root cause how they messed up big time and they analyzed the mistakes done by the above mechanic centre(simplicity car care)

They are unprofessional and don’t know how to their job, they damaged more lives instead of fixing your car, they make you look outside but inside they use cheap quality, cheap colour. Don’t go there if you want safe your car.

They are undoubtedly lier, unprofessional and they do not know how to fix a Car. Arash mukhtari is a manager there. They fixed my car more than 15 times. They wasted my time more than month. Twisted their statments, showing me unnecessary vedio that's toyota manufactured car like that this problem will always be there. But fact of the matter is they destroyed my new vehicle. They just make you fool to glitter you car outside but inside always damaged and usr bad parts. I would never found out until I go to toyota recommended shop. My car is at toyota recommend shop now I have found what they have done. They did brutally repair and created problems.Don't ever think to go there. They are fully trained to make you fool.I am going through very bad times just because of them.Not recommended those.

Trust is the first thing I think about when I bring in my vehicle for repair. My vehicle was repaired far less than I expected. I have full confidence if I have vehicle problems in the future to bring it to Rudy at Auto Hut.

Was referred to this shop and boy was it a mistake.I went for an alignment as I had some pulling to the right, as well as tires.What they did from that point was take me for a ride.Said I needed extra work, ok fine.Do the work required before you put new tires and do the alignment on were the instructions.Now I’ve had that work done and the issue is still very apparent.Also my steering wheel wasn’t calibrated and was not straight.Fast forward a week later.I took it back for a realignment to ensure the specs were correct, at which point they wanted to sell me more repairs.Worth noting, all of the repairs are in the rear of the vehicle when it’s very evident the pull is coming from the front suspension.Now I have brand new tires burning off because they didn’t do the work that needed to be done.I would not recommend this shop to an enemy.Dont waste your time or money.

I was satisfied with the work done and appreciate the office's on-boarding. My only recommendation is for the company to reach out if the work is going to go past the anticipated return date; instead of leaving the responsability on the client to check-in.

Brought my car here and they gave me horrible advice and charged me 330$ for a fuse . They said my vehicle could last 6 weeks or 6 months. The next day it did not start / they don’t know how to properly diagnose a problem. If you’re a sucker take your car here you’ll help their cause

Was looking for a used car, Sidh met with me outside regular hours on the weekend to take a test drive. That car wasn't really doing it for me, Sidh suggested another car at one of their other locations and arranged another test drive later that day. Ended up buying for a real fair price, he was great, up front and honest, no pressure or bs you get from some other sales guys you run into. Will definitely be coming back to look at what they have next car I need, and will likely be calling him if I need any mechanical work in the future. Sidh is great!!!

Auto hut is a great place it really is a one stop shop. Very family orientated and the owners are great people overall. I’ve been going here for a couple years now and everything from small minor things such as oil changes and fluid top to replacing my bumper form my accident Autohut has been exceptional. I can’t recommend it more. They’re fair and work around your schedule. I highly recommend it.

Took my car here for service, and honestly, it was such a smooth experience! I was kinda dreading it because, let’s be real, dealing with car stuff isn’t my favorite thing. But the staff was super nice and explained everything without throwing around confusing jargon.The waiting area was actually top tier—comfy seats, good Wi-Fi, and even snacks. They kept me updated the whole time, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was happening. The best part? They didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, which I really respect.My car’s running perfectly now, and I feel like I got great service without any hassle. We had a car fixed thru insurance there and when we went to get car the repair was terrible gaps where over 0.500" I know this because I build fixtures for a living they used aftermarket trim that didn't fit car properly. I will add photos later

I recently used this business for a simple tire repair. I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from them. They re-arranged their schedule to get me in the next day. From the moment I arrived to when I left, staff was very cordial and professional. I won't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Had not the best experience but the owner reached out on how he could make things right. Offered to fix any complaints I might have had and to provide service beyond that.Truly appreciate any business owner who wants to improve their customer’s experience by reaching out. Went to get an AC diagnostic. Was told i needed a new compressor. Once replaced it did not solve the issue. After 2 days of work, i was told some of wiring was faulty. Once "fixed," my AC lines kept freezing up while driving for when short periods of time, at which point they did not seem interested in helping after they received my business. Over $1000 later and turns out my "new" compressor failed just shy of a year. In addition, i was charged for fuses that they STOLE from my spare fuse box under the hood when performing their diagnosic, claiming they had ordered them.Once i went to get my AC inspected by my dealership, they said "it appears someone has been messing with the wiring, as the connectors look chewed up from all the probing." Very unprofessional service, save your money and find someone more competent.

I brought my car in to Simplicity to get work done through insurance. They had it for about a month due to supply issues (out of their control) and kept me updated regularly on the progress while it was in their hands. The finished work was impeccable and they also repaired an adjacent panel for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
