I had hit a ditch after dodging a deer and thought my car had some minor damage but it turned out to be a bit more significant than first anticipated.
I reached out to them without any idea of what the process looked like and next steps. They replied with empathy and patience with prompt and professional responses. They told me they would also reach out to the insurance company instead of waiting for responses which could have added days to the overall timeline.
I'm really happy that they managed to save my car from the junkyard and prob about 10-25k if I had to buy a new car.
The car looks amazing, with new paint on the bumpers, they got me OEM's they could but due to the age of my car, it wasn't all possible.
It feels like I'm driving a car better than before the accident and haven't had a problem since.
The work came with a lifetime warranty on those repairs as well (which I doubt I will need due to the quality of work).
