I was impressed as soon as I walked into a very clean and tidy reception area unlike most shops. I recieved the estimate quickly by email and the appointment and drop-off time arranged within a couple of days. When I picked up the car the repairs were done perfectly and my car was cleaned inside and out. All the staff were welcoming and friendly and the paperwork handled efficiently with the insurance company. I would highly recommend this business.

Simplicity did a great job fixing our Rogue after an accident. They insisted it was a good car and was fixable. Given our accident was 0% our fault, we appreciated not having to put out thousands of dollars for a new vehicle.

I got rear ended a couple weeks ago and Simplicity was very great at communicating with me and my insurance company, were transparent with timelines and the staff is very helpful when I had questions regarding my vehicle or the process of working with insurance. Would definitely recommend working with these friendly and helpful staff members!!

Tony and his team are LIFESAVERS! And I mean that literally. I recently purchased a used vehicle from a neighbor for my 17 year old son to get to College. Within the week, I had a warning light come on. Not knowing exactly what it was, I called up Simplicity Car Care on Perkins in London South and made an appointment. They determined that even though the used car had a safety (from a different garage*), the back left caliper was leaking brake fluid! That could have been a disaster. Tony and his team were professional and welcoming. They did all the work in a timely manner and even washed my car. Great work, great team, great experience all around! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go there. I know I'll be back if there's any problem with my vehicles.

They did a good job on the body damage, unfortunately they damaged my door lock by forcing the wrong key. The key situation was clearly explained to reception upon drop off which I can verify wasn't adhered to. I now have a costly door lock replacement to do. They, of course, refused to take responsibility. They also didn't follow up on my complaint as promised when "the manager" got back in town. Very disappointed....I would not recommend this business.

I got rear-ended while driving Honda CRV so I contacted Tony's office in 2 weeks my car was admitted and worked on to be fixed.They gave me the impeccable clean and as if brand new car I've got no words to thank all the Family and Staff who were very friendly and professional. Thanks all

Being involved in an accident is overwhelming in itself but it wasn't until I was sent to Simplicity car care that my anxiety started to subside. Tony explained clearly what was going to be required he even did a test drive around the block to reassure me I was ok to drive the vehicle while we waited for the parts to come in. This company is a trust worthy team of genuine qualified people helping individuals get through tramas of car damages. Being in construction my car was really messy. Little did I know I would feel like I got a new car the day I picked it up! I recommend them a thousand times over! Thanks Simplicity Car care for making what started as a nightmare into a blessed dream!

Went to many placed for quotes. I wasn't going through insurance so price was important. Tony matched my lowest quote. When I picked up the car the work was impeccable. They even cleaned the inside of my car for me. Couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. I would recommend South London Collision (Simplicity) to anyone.

Tony was absolutely on point taking out a bend in the front bumper of my car and went the extra mile cleaning the inside, and dropping me off after i brought the car. Wasnt sure if I would need a new one or not but he saved it and you could never tell it was ever dented. It was also quoted and completed in the same day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This was my second vehicle I brought to them. As with the first vehicle, I was amazed with the quality of workmanship and the price! Plus...the turnaround was fast...no delays and no excuses like I had from previous places. They will always get my future business.

I had just purchased a used BMW 328 Wagon from an out of town dealer and it had a few deep scratches on the paint and a dent/crease on the rear quarter panel as well as the bumper.
The guys at South London Collision were able to get the dent out and painted over where the scratches so that they've disappeared. It's a pearl paint and Tony did an amazing job matching the colour. I'm very pleased with the work they did on my car and the service was great. I got a ride home after dropping off my car and I will definitely be back to see Tony if I have any other body-work/paint needed on my cars or bikes.
