We've had to use Simplicity Car Care twice for 2 non fault accidents. They were great to deal with. Our insurance dealt with them directly. Vehicles were fixed within the week. Pleasant staff and great job done on both vehicles. Would definitely recommend if you need vehicle damages fixed.

Hit a Deer at 5am on a Monday, took them about a week and a half to repair. Detailed the inside and washed the truck. Overall very happy, and they saved money where they could for me. Would come back.

The staff at Simplicity was very friendly and the quote was very transparent. They did a fantastic job of fixing the damage, you would never be able to tell that there was damage to 3 different body panels of my truck. They even fixed a few minor dings on my tailgate free of charge. Would highly recommend!!

I recently had some work done on my Gmc Sierra at simplicity in spruce grove.I had the best experience from the minute I walk in , Barney had an estimate done up 15 min later.The work was top notch and done in the timeline they told me,very professional people.I recommend it, expect high quality work for a affordable price!Thank you to all the staff member !

Took my 2024 Elantra n line to get my front bumper repaired after someone hit it in a parking lot, these guys fixed it really fast and did a little extra paint work, super nice people up front aswell

I would 100% go back here and would recommend Simplicity to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Everyone there is so kind and friendly, and they got my parts and vehicle done very quickly. You can tell they truly care about their clients and do what they can to make everything affordable. The quality of work was 10/10. And to top it all off, they have a super lovable dog that greets all customers. =)

Expect nothing but the highest echelon of customer service. I have never worked with a bodyshop before but needed to have my 5 series repaired. Simplicity definitely set the bar high.From my first interaction I was greeted with a smile from Lisa as well as the shop dog Batman. Lisa went out of her way to offer me a ride home as I didn't have a rental vehicle yet.I was constantly updated on the status of my vehicle. They even accommodated by letting me come into the back of the shop while work was being done to my vehicle a couple days in to get my golf clubs out of the trunk.They let me chose what I wanted on my vehicle. When the work was completed my vehicle was detailed inside and out. Even after the work was completed they are incredibly easy to get ahold of!Great job guys, Thank you!

Excellent customer service, excellent work. The front of my truck was hit by a front-end loader at work. They gave me an estimate via pictures. They took it in the Wednesday that I got home, and it was done by Monday to head back to work. It looked great, and the estimate was very close to the final price. They even ordered my rental to come pick me up. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with Simplicity car care the second you walk in the door you feel welcome. at that moment you knew your vehicle was in good hands.They did an amazing job on my truck not to mention detailed and cleaned on the inside I wasn’t expecting that! Had an amazing experience with them! I left my car there to be repaired as I left town. They came and met me on Sunday to bring me my keys and my car looked amazing! They cleaned on the outside as well as the inside. Everyone was so kind and a super easy helpful experience!

From the moment I got my estimate, Lisa and the staff were amazing. The same day the part was ordered, received the following day and the damage repaired the same day... Outstanding customer service and repair work! I've dealt with Simplicity a couple times and have always left happy. Lisa, at the front desk is incredibly welcoming and helpful. All questions and concerns were addressed promptly and with great professionalism.All repair work was completed in a timely manner and with great care. Not only was my vehicle repaired, it was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. Our son was rear ended while we were out of the country. He worked with Simplicity Spruce Grove and they kept us upto date on the repairs via WhatsApp and when we got home, we had a shiny "new" car! You'd never know that it was even damaged! Fabulous staff, technicians and communication! 100% recommend!

I brought my pickup to Simplicity and from the moment I walked through the door, my experience was positive. Speaking with Greg and Lisa was like chatting with old friends.I was quoted a competitive price and chose to proceed with the repairs. The transparency of the transaction was appreciated. Any changes to the work was quoted an I was allowed to make informed decisions. Service was on time and completely as quoted.Once I was called to let me know my truck was ready, I arrived to find it clean, and polished inside and out. It felt like a new truck, despite it being a 12 year old vehicle. If I could rate Simplicity 10 stars I would, thank you to Greg, Lisa and the staff in the shop for such a positive experience.
