Fantastic. Very friendly, informative and helpful. We were able to get our vehicle in fairly quickly and the work was done in less than a week. Helped to make an unfortunate situation a lot more manageable.

The customer service at this place is amazing! They walked me through the whole process, answered every question I had (probably more than once) and kept me updated on my car’s repair progress the whole time. If I need car repairs again this is where I’m going.

Outstanding customer service and repair work! I've dealt with Simplicity a couple times and have always left happy. Lisa, at the front desk is incredibly welcoming and helpful. All questions and concerns were addressed promptly and with great professionalism.All repair work was completed in a timely manner and with great care. Not only was my vehicle repaired, it was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. Our son was rear ended while we were out of the country. He worked with Simplicity Spruce Grove and they kept us upto date on the repairs via WhatsApp and when we got home, we had a shiny "new" car! You'd never know that it was even damaged! Fabulous staff, technicians and communication! 100% recommend!
