I’ve been to Simplicity Car Care twice and overall had a great experience. The first time, everything was smooth and I was very happy with the repair.
The second time I needed bumper repairs after hitting a pole. There was a small issue with the trunk alignment after the repair, so I had to bring it back, which was unfortunate — but they fixed it right away at no charge and made sure everything was properly aligned.
They’re a family-owned shop, honest, and they stand behind their work. I appreciate that they took care of the issue without much hassle. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve brought three of my vehicles to Simplicity Car Care for paint and body work and have had nothing but good experiences. They’re always honest, transparent, and easy to deal with. Communication is straightforward and I never feel like I’m being upsold or misled. Because of that, I’ll keep bringing my vehicles back and would definitely recommend them.

Great work and customer service. Everyone I dealt with was most helpful and accommodating. They did a great job on my rear quarter panel. And here's an even more awesome fact; a month later I went in to ask if they could look into the license plate light that came on and off since they had to remove the rear bumper for the repair; turned out the bulb was faulty and had nothing to do with their work; regardless, the gentleman replaced the bulb for me and when I asked how much I owed for it, he said not to worry about it. Now that's great customer service! I absolutely recommend them.

It took about a couple months to get the part for my car repair but once it came everything went pretty fast. Ray and other people were very friendly and professional and helpful and did a great job on my car. Thanks 🙏🏽

I picked up my vehicle on June 27th, 2025 from Simplicity car care, the body shop recommended by Allstate. Unfortunately, I noticed several new minor damages that were not present before the repair. I brought this to the attention of the shop staff, but they denied that the damages occurred while the car was in their care.
Also, I observed wide gaps between the bumper and headlights that I find unacceptable. The shop staff claimed this was normal, but based on my previous claims, this has not been the case with my vehicle.
Additionally, I was surprised to find that the area under the hood was extremely dusty and dirty, and the interior of the vehicle was left unclean and had an unpleasant odor. I’ve had previous claims in the past and never experienced these kinds of issues with other body shops.

Obviously you're not sorry. If you were sorry, you would accept the damages you did like a real man.
The garbage you're talking about, were your "cleaning" tools you left behind in my car.
Also I realized that the headlight you installed on my car was used.
Tha painting quality is so bad. There is so much dust spots under the paint and lots of scratches on the paint.
The worst customer care ever.
I reported all you did to my insurance company.
Worse than everything else, they don't accept their mistakes and they're LIARS.

Was looking into getting paint chips and scratches fixed when I had an accident that required repairs. Asked about adding this other work to the collision repair and the price quoted was better than what I found separately, so I had this done at the same time. Simplicity had the job done a day sooner than promised.

My family into two different car accidents and Ray took care of the tow truck costs out of his pocket and took care of the issue right away for me. He fix my cars very well that it did not look damaged anymore. The car look brand new again and made sure the car looked nice and clean for me. Ray and his team did an amazing job fixing my car. The entire process was very smooth and the turnaround time was way below my expectations. Although some damages on the bottom of the car were missed initially, Ray fixed them perfectly as soon as I told him. Honest company, honest people! I went back again cause my car was hit from the side by another vehicle, no major damages, but some paint got scratched off. As always, Ray and his team fix it perfectly, my car now looks like new! He washed my car and the floor mat on the driver side afterwards. Thanks for the great job!

A perfectly accomplished job for my Genesis V8. The paint job deserved the glamour of my wonderful car. So clean, so professional, so chique. Add to it the timely delivery, the reasonable price and above all the wonderful attitude of the management and staff. They have put signs of company's vision and mission on the wall (the first time I've ever seen that in a car repair shop) and have been loyal to those goals. Definitely a 5 star place.

I had a great experience with Simplicity Richmond Hill, why? Because I was totally taken care of. Repair quality exceeded my expectations, I was kept informed about timelines though out the process, and most importantly, when there was a shortage of rental vehicles due to the long weekend, they arranged a vehicle without hesitation. "I cannot speak highly enough of Ray and his daughter at simplicity. They are not only skilled professionals but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service, understanding my needs perfectly and delivering high-quality work. Despite the outstanding quality, their prices are very reasonable. I was so happy with the work that I initially brought my vehicle in for, that I decided to leave it there for additional work. I highly recommend their shop to anyone in need of automotive repairs. I got my SUV hit by a carwash machine and have to look for a body shop for repair. I went to a few body shops and finally chose Simplicity Car Care due to (1) very reseasonable price (2) fast service (3) the owner's great affinity and empathy. At that time, I didn’t know the quality of the service will be good or not, just wanted to have a try. Today when I saw my SUV, I couldn't believe my eyes, it looks like a new!
Ravmat (the owner ) even help replaced my front light when he saw one of them was not working and he didn't charge me additional fee. When he heard that I knew nothing about the vehicle but only know driving, he helped check my vehicle and told me the windshield was broken and should be replaced. For convenience I just asked him whether he has a new one to replace mine, finally he found one and replaced it for only $10. Ravi saved me lots of time to go /look for/buy /replace windshield.
Feel so grateful to get the help from Simplicity, the price is reseasonable, the service is professional, and outstanding, and it's fast and reliable. Simplicity definitely is a trustful place when your car body is in trouble.

Had a pleasure with the outstanding service from Ravmat at Simplicity. From date of calling in for repair to getting an estimate and waiting for parts and getting it fixed took less than two weeks. I am really satisfied with the service from this company. It was different driving an Audi as rental, not a big fan of expensive car. Wonderful customer service and excellent repair job. I had my Model Y fixed at Simplicity in Richmond Hill after a hit and run in a parking lot. Repair and paint job looks amazing. Quality is top notch. Better than original paint IMO.

This is a great family owned business. I read some reviews online and got nervous, but when I went in and talked to the family, I realized it was the previous owners. Anyway, my van was involved in an incident where the door stopped working. Insurance covered it and recommended this shop. The ladies at the front took care of me from start to finish! They got me a minivan, which a lot of the car rental places didn't have. They kept me updated on the progress on repairs and got my van back to me in about 1.5 weeks. Overall, no complaints, easy to deal with and great service. I hope I never have an issue with my van again, but if I do, I'll definitely reach out.

Ray and the whole team at Simplicity Richmond Hill make magic happen. My car was hit and had considerable scratches on the door and wheel well. Within a few days, gone! Honestly like magic. Everyone who works there were super friendly and Aneesa was very quick with responses! The whole team is very knowledgeable, nice to work with and very transparent when it came to how they were going to fix my car and walked me through their garage to show me the work they were doing.
Their prices were also very reasonable and they went above and beyond to help get my car to me before I went on vacation! Would highly recommend this shop!!

I found this shop just by browsing on the road for repairs. They offered a reasonable price and prompt and great service. They even assisted me with renting a car with an affordable price. Very efficient, professional and well mannered. I hope I won't need repairs any time soon, but I will definitely try them for other services and refer customers. Glad that you moved to our neighborhood.

I went to Luxury Classic Car to get some custom bodywork done on my car. I had used this shop in the past through my insurance and the work done that time was perfect. Since I was paying out of pocket this time for the work I wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly and the owner Ali assured me that he would personally work on my car. The work took a while to be completed but I guess you can't rush quality and his work speaks for itself.
