The staff were great. Explained what the process was, how long they expected it to take, and organised the rental car my insurance provided. I had no hassles with any of it, and would go so far as to say that I had a wonderful experience. The attention to detail, and how clean my truck was when I got it back were the icing on the cake. Highly recommend their services.

Excellent service...staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient!
Repairs were done in a very timely manner and the assistance with dropping off the vehicle after completion (sister could not drive because of surgery) was GREATLY appreciated!!
Would definitely recommend and utilize Riverside Collision (we were at the Ongman Rd location)
An extra thank you to Mason for all of your assistance , guidance and patience...you are awesome!!

Extremely good customer service. We had a semi-truck hit us and while ICBC had us locked in with another business (who will go unnamed), we wish we went with Riverside first. They are far more courteous, knowledgeable, and they genuinely want to give you the best service that they can.

Riverside Auto made my experience easy and hassel free. My truck decided to head butt a moose calf on the hwy leaving minor damage to the front end. (Calf got up and ran off👍) Got a hold of Riverside and got the ball rolling. They also have a graphic decal shop. Both places had great service and I have my truck back looking like nothing ever happened. Me being picky only gave 4 star, should be 4.5, the only minor thing was the detailing after the repair was complete, not even a diss to the person that did it, just a little bit more attention to detail needed on the outside. Other than that, great job. I would recommend this place for sure.

Top-notch customer service, all the way from a clean and bright front office, friendly and efficient customer service, clear communication, and accurate estimates for repair timelines. Simplicity Car Care (Riverside) completed our front-end repairs within three working days as per the estimate. We are thrilled with the quality as well as with the unexpected bonus of an interior cleaning.

I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely care. The communication was great and they handled the car rental and return for me (the car rental was through ICBC but Riverside organized everything and made it very simple). My car looks amazing. The inside was detailed and it looks brand new. The repair is perfect, they even buffed out some minor scratches from my dog. Amazing service!

The staff at Riverside did an excellent job of repairing the peeling clearcoat on the roof of my vehicle. But they also marked down the original quote by $600 when they found the work required was less than they’d estimated (turns out the paint layer was adhering better than expected). That kind of honesty is exceptional, and for that they have my extra appreciation!

Simplicity Car Care is an amazing repair shop with professional, competent and friendly staff. They treated our daughter with extreme kindness. Although the repair is great and her older truck looks amazing what stands out to us was their genuine and helpful attitude. They did a thorough cleaning and detailing job and the truck is as clean as though it was brand new. We highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or other services done. I scraped the back of my car and had to get it repainted. When I showed up to get a quote on the damage, Mason at the front end, was kind courteous and professional.
I chose to have my car repaired here and the job they did was excellent. You can't even tell I had to repair the car. They even went the extra mile and cleaned my car inside and out.
Again, Mason was excellent both when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. Great customer service.

They did a great job on body work and windshield replacement. Mason was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable.
It was all about the extras they did at no cost to me. Little things I couldn't do myself, like replacing a headlight bulb and buffing an old fog light. When I picked car up, it was all shampooed and fresh inside my car. Highly recommend

Riverside collision was amazing to work with. Mason was a very professional young man, who gave us an an estimate and coordinated the work on our vehicle. We were traveling and left our vehicle in PG, Mason was kind enough to drive us to the Airport and it was way further than we had imagined! Over all I would say Riverside Collision was communicative, helpful and very professional. We would recommend this business. A job well done!

They are the best to deal with. Always friendly and willing to get the job right to make their customers happy . And great work they have worked on four of my cars now and great workmanship. And treated all my referrals the same way as me. I would recommend them again and again.

Less than 15 minutes to assess the damage and then they sent off the report to ICBC.
Mason was with me every step of the way either through phone call or in person while I was there. He made each step of the process very simple and took care of all of the things. (ICBC, my rental, appointment scheduling ect)
The work that they did to my car looks exactly like new. They also detailed my car as well!
And to top it all off they finished a day earlier than expected! (Only two days in the shop!)
Will be going back for any and all further body repairs!
