Absolutely fantastic service from Simplicity Soins d'Auto! After my car was rear-ended in an accident, they took care of everything seamlessly. Despite the insurance company's lackluster performance, Simplicity Soins d'Auto stepped up, coordinating with them and ensuring a smooth process throughout. They even arranged a car rental for me, making the whole ordeal much easier to handle.
Not only did they deliver on time as promised, but they also went above and beyond by detailing my car before returning it to me. The repairs are impeccable—my car looks and feels like new again. The staff were incredibly understanding and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process.
Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by Simplicity Soins d'Auto Montréal-Nord. They truly deserve a 5/5 rating for their exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!"

I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great auto fix.
Bassem always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available- from repair to replacement.
It can be difficult to find mechanics you can trust with your vehicle, so I'm very happy to have been referred to Simplicity Montreal Nord.
Bassem and Catherine you rock ! Thank you for transforming my stressful time to a happy one and fulfilling the brand vision.

Bodywork garage in a new building! Very clean as a place, I was surprised at the work environment. They can make a free estimate on the spot! I repaired with an insurance claim and they fixed the courtesy vehicle with a discount.

Hello usually I'm not the type to comment but this is really worth it I was overwhelmed by the service and the quality of the work, I will always remember this nice gentleman in the name of Bassem, super welcoming. In short, I recommend everyone to repair the body of their vehicle at this garage. Honestly worth it, especially for the price. ????????
