We are so happy with Simplicity's service. We have been there twice for insured repair work and the friendliness, communications, organisation, quality, and speed are exceptional. The repair work was perfect. The price seems perfectly reasonable. The car was so clean. I couldn't see the difference between the repaired section and the original. They also coordinated the rental car return for us. Hopefully we don't need any more body work, but we highly recommend Simplicity.

I did have a good experience here earlier in the year. I brought my vehicle here with pretty major damage, which was put through my insurance as an at fault accident. They did a good job and good work on the vehicle. That’s why when I had a minor incident, I brought it here again. A small scratch/dent that I wasn’t going to put through my insurance. They asked me to bring the vehicle in to take pictures for a quote, which I did. They told me I’d hear back with a quote the following day. 7 days past and I hadn’t hear so gave them a call, they seemed to be very disorganized and couldn’t find the pictures that they took of my car. When they finally did, I was told I’d get a text with a quote the same day. 8 days later, still heard nothing. Seems like as soon as they found out it wasn’t going through insurance, they stopped responding. Now I have to go to another shop and wait for a quote from them, waste of my time and resources. Would not recommend.

I had my truck there for repair after an accident twice and both times I was so impressed with their customer service. They made the whole process so simple!!! And just the little details like having my truck washed and sitting waiting for me to pick up. They answered all my questions over the phone and just were so kind. My truck looks brand new. Just really great 10/10. Thank you.

I just want to say thank you to Simplicity for all the work they’ve done on the damages my car has incurred this year and especially for today for simply removing paint from my vehicle’s rear spoiler from damage relating to hitting my garage door as it was closing last night. I didn’t know whether it was paint on the surface from the garage door or base paint below the surface. Turned out to be the former and Noel got it out with some rubbing compound and a little “elbow grease” - and would not take a payment for it! So kind and so appreciated! I’ve been sadly but happily lol dealing with Simplicity since 2018 and they have always helped me out fairly, are well-priced, and with total transparency and concern for the customer every single time. If you need body work of any kind, these folks are not only true wizards at their craft, they are honest and fair business owners and also just good people.

Friendly, capable staff. Coordinated everything (Insurance, car rental, repair timing, etc.) so I didn't have to. Repair was top notch - excellent work and very professional. Delivered well before the expected timeline. All in all, very satisfied and highly recommend!

They went the extra mile when the parts were hard to find and were even kind enough to clean the interior before I picked it up!! The car was in for rust repair (warranty work). The repair was well done - no sign that works as done. They had to repaint parts of the car and the paint matches so close that I don’t see any difference. The car was ready to be picked up at the time it was promised. Great experience overall

My car situation was a little complicated and required extra unforeseen effort on the staff after a hit and run. Not only was everyone super accommodating, patient, and kind, but they got my car finished in 48 hrs instead of the original 5 days we had anticipated. The repair was perfect. My car interior was cleaned without me asking as a complimentary service. I had a great experience. Highly recommend! Shout out to the kind soul at front desk, he was lovely to chat with while we waited on my ride and such a genuine person. 10/10.

Great quality work. They quoted me work and were very upfront about possible cost overruns and clarity on scope of work. That said they worked very hard to keep costs to a minimum and did a great job!

Just had my van repaired after a minor collision and I’m so impressed with simplicity. From first contact with them, Sarah was very friendly and kind and explained the whole process. Didn’t get the name of the man working there but he was also very friendly. They called enterprise for me and had them come pick me up to get my rental and then when I picked up my van, they took care of calling enterprise again so I could just get my van and go. I was so pleasantly surprised when I got in my van that it had be cleaned. Very appreciative of this extra customer service. Would highly recommend Simplicity to anyone!

1.5 years ago I brought my car in for rust repair under VW warranty. VW was willing to cover all rust repair costs minus the right rocker panel, the left fender, and the left and right quarters. I asked that they please complete all rust work, including that which was not covered under warranty, and that I would pay the difference. I was charged $1,213.06 and VW paid $3834.26. When I left the shop, I trusted that my car was rust free and would therefore survive more than 1 more winter - I was wrong. 1.5 years later, the right rocker panel is crumbling and Simplicity (formerly Sutton's) will do nothing for me ; wouldn't even return my call or apologize (until I asked them to do so).If communication had been better, I would not have wasted my time or money getting any rust work done.I recommend you take your business to somewhere where they will be more honest and upfront about the work being done and it's worthiness.

Took my truck in for full door replacement and body damage etc .Looks to me to be a Mom and pop operation . Front office is very friendly when greeting people . I was originally referred to another place through my insurance. Kinda glad I went with my gut on this one . My work was done ahead of schedule. Can't believe a job like that was done in that short of time frame. They are very personal people and I like that in a shop. My mother had her car there a year ago and she's picky as hell and if she said they did a good job , you can take that to the bank . So in conclusion I would not hesitate in taking any of my vehicles there whether it's a big job or minor job it will be done proper and look great . Thank you to the people there again . Great job .

I sent an employee to Sutton to get his vehicle fixed - he needed it for work so it was urgent. They were very busy but still squeezed us in and the work was done in time.
