Simplicity has been nothing but issues and I now regret using their shop for repairs. My vehicle was repaired here during the hail damage which I have a lot to write about but that is the past.Now, my sunroof has a loud creaking sound which I have been back to the shop 4 or more times now to repair under simplicity warranty. Every "repair" does nothing to resolve the issue. Anthony the manager has been decent to work with but after the latest repair to the sunroof, theres still noise and its actually worse. The noise should be covered under warranty however Anthony states everything they can do has been done and i am free to take it for a second opinion....I am now working with the nissan dealership to confirm at my own expense what the issue is. The sound was not present before the repairs so i wonder who is at fault...I have wasted vacation days just to have fake repairs done. I will be escalating this if required however I am hoping Simplicity will honor their warranty. I am working with them in good faith but it gets harder every time.I will change this review if things are satisfactory but until then I would advise using another shop.

Fast service. I dealt with three staff and they're professional and knowledgeable. Turned my car repair around faster than I expected. I get the sense it’s a decent place to work because of how the staff are engaged in helping the customer. Just right. Good job to staff and management.

Incredible service! Right from my very first phone call all the way to the finished product, this shop is all about customer service! I needed a small repair done to a vehicle, but they treated it as if it were the most important thing. There was no upselling or trying to get extra work out out of this. They were professional and friendly.They have a great team at Simplicity Car Care. I would highly recommend this body shop to everybody.

Honest guys with great customer service. Came to fix my suv's roof rails and got really good advice and quote. Fixed my existing rails for free while others were quoting $100 just to take a look. Would definitely recommend

Ive taken my vehicle to these guys on two separate occasions, first time was due to the hail storm last year. It turned my bronco sport into an over sized golf ball… the second time was just recently when I’m bronco got broken into, window smashed, trim broken, paint scratched….I wouldn’t take it anywhere else after seeing the work they do. The staff from the moment you drop your vehicle off to the moment you pick it up, they are on a different level of customer service. Kind, understanding, helpful and got everything done in a timely manners. It shows they take pride in their work and building a relationship with their customers. They made this process painless and easy.If need you are in need of any work done I highly recommend going to simplicity car care country hills.Thank you Gina and crew!

The team did excellent work on a tricky paint job for an old car in a rural area. I really appreciated their willingness to take on the project despite the age of the vehicle and remote location. These guys are certainly busy, but their communication was clear and honest, and the pricing was fair. Would definitely recommend.

AVOID at all costs. One of the worst places to get your car repaired, and worst customer service. Arkin, was so unbelievably rude and ignorant. When you go pick up your car after getting fixed, they will blame you for all the issues and have a million excuses!! We had OEM parts to be replaced, we have it on our insurance for our brand new vehicle. They have not used OEM parts, we used the preferred vendor from our insurance and it was a mistake! Will be going elsewhere for rest of damages to get fixed, if you want a headache to deal with this is your place to go.

Nice Customer service, but technican is inattension.Make sure you check the whole car at the first time. otherwise wast a lot of time to book the service.1. broken the part when replacing windshield. And they just put it bavk without notice.2. they forget to install back a component after they fix the door

Very bad experience！！！Do not choose this place! They rescheduled us for two times! And today morning they text messaged us to drop our car get repair. We dropped our car in the morning and they checked our car in. Then we left. But after we left two hours, in the afternoon they called us saying that the parts are not at their place yet! We have to get our car back and we have to wait until April 21! Before we already rescheduled for almost two more months! Really ruined our whole day. They did not confirm if the car parts arrived or not while just let us come to their place. They also teared our car parts and use tape to fix it! Truly not recommended them! Do not hesitate to switch if you have other body shop options.

I had an amazing experience with Simplicity Car Care after my car suffered hail damage. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and efficient. The front desk receptionist, Gina, was awesome to deal with—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.They handled everything seamlessly, from providing a clear estimate to coordinating with my insurance, and the quality of the repairs was top-notch. After my car was sent to Simplicity by my insurance company for repairs following an accident, I was impressed with the quality of the work done. The repairs were excellent, and I was especially grateful for Gina, who is truly the heart and soul of the business. Her customer service made the whole process smoother and more pleasant, and I would have easily rated this a 5-star experience based on the work alone.However, my experience became complicated when I went to pick up my car. I was told that my license plate had allegedly been stolen while the vehicle was in their care. I find it difficult to understand how this could happen, and it raised concerns about the security of vehicles while they’re being stored. While Gina did agree to cover the cost of the stolen plate, I was unfortunately never contacted by her boss, who was supposed to handle the payment, and I did not receive any follow-up.Additionally, when I picked up my car, I realized that an expensive pair of sunglasses, which I had left in my car were missing. When I inquired about them, I was told that no one who worked on my car had seen them. I understand that it’s my word against theirs, and I acknowledge that there’s no way to prove the sunglasses were in my car but nonetheless I am disappointed and probably will not be a returning customer.

I had my bronco in for repairs after I was rear-ended almost a year ago. All of the staff was very professional and genuine from beginning to end. My car was cared for as if it were their own, returned to me in perfect condition. I actually returned a few months ago to have new tires put on for the winter, and I am very happy with their recommendation as it was affordable and the quality is great in the snow. I would regret taking my car anywhere else!

Great bodyshop. I had an issue with my door-latch and they were able to fix it very professionally. I highly recommend them -- their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and their location is only a few minutes away from Coventry.

Called them about a problem with my Jeep's door and was able to go in immediately. The problem was diagnosed and solved within 15min. The front office staff and the technician Eli were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Paolo is the owner of simplicity and he is such an amazing guy he went out of his way to help us. We had some issue with car at the bodyshop first but he himself handled everything he made sure to pickup our car from our house he came himself to pick it up and drop it off and he not only fixed the issues in car but from his pocket he paid for our car detailing and when we got our car it looked completely brand new he got it very clean. I highly recommend this place and i highly appreciate Paolo he knows how customer service works.. thank you Paolo once again.

Gina and her team are amazing. Gina ensured everything was completed and was amazing at communicating with me every step of the way. Regardless of the hail storm and them being extremely busy communication was always a priority. I’m so grateful for having this experience and it running smoothly in a stressful situation. The last month and a half was a nightmare from hell in terms of insurance and car damage, BUT the light at the end of the tunnel was Gina. She is a great choice for being the first point of contact. She was so nice, personable, kind and kept me sane through. She was absolutely amazing to deal with.I only took off one tiny star, because my car did end up having some hail damage while parked on the property and I wished there was some additional insurance involved while it was not in my hands.Other than that, this shop handled everything for me, and got everything done. Thanks guys!!!!

I got a bad experience recently in simplicity car care in country hills, where the service is too slow to give an estimate for the hail damage, then when you follow up, the lady receptionist was rude and not even asking what type of vehicle you have. She replied we just small shop and patience. No customer service etiquette. I canceled my car repair because I don’t want to deal that lady.

Good body shop. Had a slight hiccup with the paint where the finish was off. Had to give the car back again for a day and a half, but Robel came through and did an amazing finish and got me my car back to how it was before the accident. Good people and easy to work with. Shoutout to Gina for accommodating me early in the morning.

One of the worth place to get your car repaired. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is terrible and you will end up having more problem with you vehicle just like i did. I end up going with them because they were preferred repair party for economical insurance. They are just milking the insurance company and do not care about customers.

I would never recommend anyone to go to this shop.My insurance recommended me this shop for repairs but I got very bad service.They took much longer then scheduled repair time. When I got my car and my car key was broken and Mercedes logo was missing,I called them to check the guy on the reception was very rude to me and started arguing with me.I had very bad experience.

I would like to start of by saying a big thanks to Gina for everything that she has done for me while my car was in for repair. My insurance company sent in my car to Simplicity Country hills for repair after I got into an accident. I had a rental vehicle for about a month but my insurance wouldn't let me extend my rental beyond the one month because the parts were on back order so the repair was not complete. That's where Gina at Simplicity stepped in to help me out and covered the rental for one more week. She would update me on the repairs every day to make sure I am up to date. Dealing with my insurance company was not a good experience at all but Gina made sure that I am fully covered and helped me out throughout the process. After picking up my vehicle, I can tell that the repair was done by professionals which makes me happy as a customer.Thanks again Gina for being so helpful :).

Amazing service! The only shop that TRULY CARES about you and your vehicle! I had a crisis with my vehicle with the power back door being misaligned (over time) and not closing properly which then triggered the car alarm constantly. My dealer could not care less and will not even take a look at it because they are busy. I always have my car service every 6 months. It was very stressful. I walked in to Simplicity Car care and they realigned it for free . I was only charged for my next appointment and parts. They even finished it one day! My now go to place for car issues and will highly recommend to others for sure!

Vehicle Owners or Insurance Companies BEWARE ,DO NOT TAKE your Vehicle's to this Simplicity Body Shop (Country Hills) that is run by Luis Andre, Ours was taken in twice , second time was due to Simplicity very BAD workmanship,(They had our vehicle for 8 weeks in total )example,- Over Spray on windows and other body parts,- Color Not Matched to other parts not painted- Bad Body filler (Uneven surfaces)- Areas neglected to be repaired or painted properly- Inside Door bondo repaired NOT Painted- Moldings (two way Tape) parts falling off- Original Damaged parts from Accident still not replaced after approved- Damaged to other parts not related to the original Repairs- Lost front Grill while driving, due to Luis trying to cover up their damaged, not re installed properly- Gave us the vehicle covered in bondo dust- Empty Promises, by Luis- They don't return messages- Appears that there are always new staff- BAD ATTITUDEHighly recommend go ELSEWHERE !!

I had very bad experience. I gave my car for body repairing. when I collected car and reach my home, I found that coolant fluid is leaking. I called and inform them that when I left my car for body repairing there were no any issue of coolant leaking. They told me that they didn’t touch engine parts so I have to go and see my mechanic. I was very frustrating because my car was OK when I gave to them for body repairing and now, I am facing coolant leaking issues in my car which I don’t know who is responsible for that.

Please do not support this business, especially with hail damage repairs. The PDR technicians who were subcontracted to do the repairs from as far back as 2 years still have not been paid up in full. My husband is one of those technicians. He’s owed almost $8,000, and many technicians are owed tens of thousands more. Management, Luis Andrea, withholds (steals) the money designated for the techs and uses these funds to support his own lifestyle - cars, trips and personal taxes. Technicians are told no money will come to them if bad reviews are left, so they keep silent as they continue to wait for payment. My husband and I realise we will never see our money so we aren’t afraid of bullying tactics. Again, please don’t let this happen to technicians again in the future by supporting this business.

This place (Bodyshop) - owner - Luis deserves not even one star. And he also owns confident PDR ..conveniently...Luis hires workers and gets paid on the work but, then chooses not to pay his workers. (Fraud).I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT use this Bodyshop or his Confident Paint less Dent Repair Company, (IG names: @confident.pdr or buy his tool cart @carbonized_pdr , under his other names, Manuel Andre) for this reason.My husband and NUMEROUS other workers, have not been paid on outstanding work/invoices (total of 8 invoices) since November of, 2021 and on-going, to this date..My husband and I have tried numerous times to get paid, and met with no action what so ever. The last time we got paid was on November of 2022 for the invoice that is STILL outstanding from November of 2021.Luis constantly lies. He says we’ll get paid Wednesday or Thursday.. or that he has 4 cars coming in and he will fix them and set aside money form the cars he fixes to pay us.. Just an excuse or a sob story. I can’t pay my bills, I have to pay taxes on submitted invoices.. I can't pay these with excuses, Luis.The most outstanding invoice is from Nov. 2021. It’s now April 2023… STILL WAITING…. But I have to pay taxes on that money that was invoiced… convenient for you...He said back in January ‘22 that he was still waiting for money to come through from work up he did in Cold Lake, AB. That he didn't get paid.Meanwhile, he kept USING us (to work) while he would pocket the our money, and he would play and make tool carts... to FUND THIS BODYSHOP.(Surely by now, since it's been more than 90 days, the body shops would pay their people/sub-contractors).Funny how he can go on all these trips, buy the latest Tesla's, and spend alllllll this money … but for US there isn’t anything.THIS WASN'T THE FIRST TIME, BUT THE SECOND TIME YOU HAVE DONE THIS -> SHAME ON YOU !!!

Please do not bring your hail damaged vehicle here. If you have hail damage on your vehicle, do not bring it here for repairs. The technicians who are subcontracted to do the repairs are not paid. The money is instead kept by management to pay their own taxes, bills, lavish automobiles and vacation. Technicians and their families are waiting more than 18 months for payment. If you are a Paintless Dent Repair Hail Technician, do not work for Simplicity. You will not be paid. I am one such Technician, and I speak for many. I do not want to see what happened to me and friends and colleagues happen to others. And now, because of this post, I’ve been messaged by Luis, the manager/owner, that I will never be paid unless I remove this post - which is an honest post depicting true events. Now add blackmail to the list of wrongdoings by this company. Be careful bringing your vehicle here.And in response to the owner’s response, calling my review fraudulent:Is it not true that you owe me almost $8,000? And that have not be paid for work done 2 years ago? And that you didn’t send me a text stating that I won’t see my money if I didn’t take down my review warning other techs that you keep the money that is supposed to be paid to them? Is any of that untrue?Do you not owe Matt 10s of thousands? Harrison $25,000?Countless other techs 10s of thousands in total for more than 2 years?So again I will ask:What part of my review is untrue. There is only one fraud here, and you know who that is.Pay the technicians.

From start to finish my experience with this mechanic shop was nothing but top tier. Luis and Arik were understanding, knowledgeable and did all they could to help me get the best deal possible with no headache. They made it so easy and seem less of a process from constant consistent communication, setting up and driving me to my rental car. As well as making all of the worries and stress disappear. The level of work completed was above and beyond what I had expected. I highly recommend this company for your needs now and in the future.

Simplicity car care excellent service . I went here as I had really bad hail damage , had the damaged covered though insurance as there was thousand of dollars damage . They were really friendly happy to help. They had a rental car ready for us to use right away . I had a car while they were fixing, in service . Much convenient. They picked me and dropped me off at work . The car looks perfect, like brand new . Luis and team fixed dents on my car and was able to provide me with thorough details and honest advise going forward. They were able to accommodate a quick appointment request. The staff is very nice and personable. The lobby area and waiting area is clean - the staff offered me coffee / water. There are walkable food places (Tim Hortons, Wendy's) while you wait for your car to get serviced. I would definitely recommend and return. Thanks Luis + team
