Robert did an excellent job on my truck after it got damaged in an accident. The workmanship is so well done, that I can't tell that what's original and what is a replacement part.Robert also did all of the coordination with my insurance company and arranged for the rental car arrangements which was a big load off my mind.If you need body work done on your vehicle, be sure to take your business to Simplicity Car Care LaSalle!

The worst service in Windsor vehicle repair shop. They always delay the finish date, always say tomorrow! The painting quality is terrible. They have a mechanic shop but can repair nothing. My vehicle has an engine shake issue caused by the accident, the car stayed in their mechanic shop for 4 days, but they didn’t find anything, and told the insurance company that this issue not related with the accident (this led me spent a lot of time explaining to the insurance company ). I drove to another shop, they fix the issue in 5 minutes. Really not recommend this shop, gave 1 star just wanted to let you see the bad service.

Extremely disappointed. I seriously regret ever bringing my car to this body shop. When I got it back, the interior was covered in dust — clearly no care was taken to protect it while they worked on it. On top of that, it came back with electrical issues that weren’t there before. I had to get it towed back so they could fix their own mistakes, and even then, the car still isn’t the same. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I only went here because my insurance referred me, and I truly wish I hadn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The team at Simplicity Car Care did an excellent job repairing my classic vehicle. They found parts that were very hard to source did an outstanding job painting my car and kept me informed of their progress frequently. Very good work. Highly recommended.

Robert was great to work with. My car was parked and was involved in a hit and run. He and the team there were so understanding and when they found more problems with the car (from the previous owner) they helped walk me through what happened and how there going to fix it. Highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs repairs

Top Notch Service! I’ve had to have my car repaired a few times in the last couple months. Through insurance and on my own, each time they have been stellar! From the initial quotes, coordinating repair schedule, arranging rental cars, repairs/paint and customer service have been Amazing! Highly recommend this shop for your car needs. I had a great experience getting my vehicle repaired here. The office was clean, and there was always someone available to guide and assist me. We brought our Rav 4 to Simplicity- Lasalle for a repair. It was sidewipe on the front driver side bumper. The attention we receive from Arash when we drop the car is superb. It took a week to finish the job. They did a good job!
