I had work done, on my passenger door! I was given a ridiculous quote somewhere else! When I visited this location I was greeted by the owner Sam, he was very friendly and gave a quote and time frame that was fantastic. Needless to say the work was done to perfection and I got the car back in two days.

The job was good, but the communication with the customer and the advice to clients were not good. Also, the pricing imagine you have only a few dents in your car, they suddenly charge you almost $1000, which is not good and looks like a scam. After estimating the car, they didn’t give me the estimate and directly sent it to insurance. And i was shocked after they finished my car they charged me at the amount. Worse experience to bought my car here NGL.

I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and honesty throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was wrong in terms I could actually understand, and they never tried to push extra services I didn’t need. The work was completed on schedule, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely cares about their customers, but this shop absolutely does. I’ll definitely be coming back for all future repairs and maintenance.

Picked up car and the replaced bumperwith glue and scratches….it did not look like a new part at all. They said the car came in with scratches, it did not. They said the packaging was the reason for the glue on bumper. They said they would re-order and get a new bumper…over two weeks later it was fixed. This time it was obvious they replaced with a new bumper…they buffed the scratches which we were happy about…nice enough people, was disappointed in the work originally done.

Was suggested here by insurance under a claim. Body work was completed well, and quicker than expected. They cleaned up the car nicely, also with a wash. Great overall service. I recommended them.

VERY poor treatment of my vehicle here, definitely would NOT recommend. From the front desk staff, to the ones drinking while working and smoking marijuana, on multiple occasions I have seen staff here drinking on the job. Car smelled like smoke after I received it back and when I confronted Ryan about it he said none of their staff smoke, meanwhile I've seen him and others smoke regularly while working on cars.

Absolutely terrible experience here. All the staff are incredibly rude, and unhelpful. You will know once you visit the shop and you see the manner in which they conduct business. They ruined my dream car and had no desire to actually fix it. Will be following up with my insurance company as well. STAY AWAY!!!! GO to any other collision center other than this one.

Great auto shop. They were referred to me by my insurance company for some minor work to my bumper. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. They coordinated with Enterprise to schedule my rental. The bumper looks great and they even finished the work earlier than expected. I would recommend them.

This was a great shop to get my work done at. I had one car that had bad scratches through vandalism that they got out and looks beautiful now. I can't tell there were ever scratches, and they were more than fair on the price. Then, I had another car that had a bumper replacement through an insurance claim. They were helpful throughout the process and had my car in and out in no time without any hassel. Great shop, my go-to for any mechanical repairs out of warranty.Thanks Simplicity

This is my go-to shop, these guys know what people want when we ask for customer service and professionalism! Extremely kind and straightforward, consistent communication throughout the job, and they know how to make what seems so world-ending into a smooth and simple situation!Brought my 2021 camry in after a front-end hit, Ryan was so helpful throughout the whole insurance and rental process. He gave me the breakdown and explained everything clearly. It was my first hit. I recently restored an older car and asked Simplicity to take care of all painting requirements. This involved handling individual parts and in a few cases making repairs or modifications. My son was in a minor collision and our suv required repairs. My insurance made some recommendations based on their preferred vendors. After some research, I decided to go with Simplicity car care west hill based on their reviews. I wanted a shop that can do a good quality job and at the end of the day provide me with exceptional service. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The person handling my repair kept me on the loop. They explained things to me that I didn’t understand, and I got the car back looking new. I inspected it and you could not tell it was ever in a collision. They even washed and cleaned the inside of the car. If you like working with good people and great quality work, this is the place to get your vehicle repaired at. I would highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue. Our family sedan was rear ended a few months ago. Simplicity was one of the repair shops that was recommended by our insurance company - which says they are trusted. They replaced the bumper and took care of all the paperwork with our adjuster. Also went above and beyond by detailing the inside of the car and shined up the tires. Shows that they really care about doing a great job. I would highly recommend them for any repair work.

My car that I name "Lulu " was hit while parked on a residential street.Ryan was very fast and reasonable with an estimate.Sam understanding and helpful with a rental car.Sitash great getting the part and helping with the car seat.Jill excellent with the paperwork.I was treated well, phone calls were returned and questions answered.The honesty was greatly appreciated.I would highly recommend Simplicity Car Care.

My dad sent his Audi A6 in recently because someone hit his car while it was parked. Sam didn't disappoint us. The repairs were professionally done and Sam told my dad that the work he did on the Audi, has a lifetime warranty on it (as long as my dad doesn't sell the car).

Simplicity is simply the best. Ryan and Sam took great care of my 2021 Honda Ridgeline after it was broken into. Everything was fixed to perfection, not a single complaint about the job done. You would never know it was damaged. This is an honest place run by honest people who are as good as their word. I would highly recommend Simplicity and would not go anywhere else.

Bad experience. After 1 month of having gone to them, they said they could not tell by when the the spare part (rear bumper) that was in transit will arrive. They could not give any estimate at all as to by when they expect to start/finish my car repair. Car was Nissan Murano 2015. Found them to be inexperienced/unprofessional in car repairs going by my interaction with them. Strangely they didn’t inform me upfront after assessing the car as to when they can start/finish repairs. After 1 month, I moved my car repair to another collision repair centre.

My truck (RAM 1500) was stolen. It was recovered in damaged condition. This happened 1 week before Christmas, which made the timing and the circumstance stressful. Luckily, my insurer sent me to see Ryan at Simplicity/Extreme Auto. Ryan was outstanding. Very understanding, accommodating and made what was a stressful situation, easier to manage. Their work was stellar. There wasn't a repair they missed nor anything completed that wasn't perfect. Can't say enough good things about the people there. One last thing, the day I received my vehicle, someone hit it with a shopping cart. Ryan, being the type of guy he is, offered to help me out with fixing the scratch and didn't even charge me. That type of service makes all the difference. You're in good hands if you go to Simplicity!

I had to get my car repaired after an accident. My insurance company sent me to this location. Damaged to the car was extensive with broken side mirrors and damaged to the body etc.The owner Ryan made the whole process trouble free. He took care of all the paperwork including getting a rent a car organized for the duration.I got my car back within a reasonable time frame. All repairs were done to the perfection. Car looks like brand new again.They have done an amazing job. I had an insurance claim though this shop, was going to drop it to Ajax location but Kevin advised me to come directly to the other location instead.Repairs were carried out and what was mentioned was never completed or replaced.Avoid this place at all cost as they do not repair your vehicle with new parts and will use the old parts to be put back on.

Ryan and his team were amazing. My 16-year-old car is in good shape but the driver's side front door was rusting. He was able to find a new door for me and paint it so it matches the car.I showed him other places where there's rust. He said it wasn't worth it. I appreciate that he said: "We're not going to take your money for something not worth it..." The door needed to be replaced. This is an HONEST BUSINESS that I would recommend any day. And I will always appreciate doing business with a small family-owned operation.I can't say enough good things about their work.

Visited this gem of a body shop this week due to a recommendation from a community Facebook group. I'm so fortunate that I chose them to fix my car. Sam and Kevin are absolutely amazing and took their time to explain what needed to be done. They are trustworthy, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. I felt very confident that I would be very satisfied with the finished product when I picked up my car, and was not disappointed. They were flexible to fit into my schedule for drop off/pick up and arranged my rental for me so I didn't have to worry. This was my first time went to any body shop for car repair. This one was suggested by the insurance company and hopefully all went well. My car had been hit from back and had minor dents and scratches. I dropped off my car there for 2 days and when I got it back was all new. It seems that it never had any dent or scratches. I've been involved in 2 car collisions in 8 months. The first collison, my insurance company sent me here. Even though I'd been driving for 20 years, I've never been a collision and was expecting the experience of getting my car fixed to be a nightmare. I was incredibly surprised at the no hassle, excellent professional service that was provided to me. When I recently had the 2nd collision, I had my insurance company send me right back to Simplicity Car Care on Morrish road. The service there is EXCELLENT. My car was repaired to perfection, as though nothing happened. More importantly, the whole process was stress free. As a woman who knows little to nothing about cars, I felt like I was dealt with fairly and honestly, which we all know is rare in the car repairing business. Excessive thanks to Kevin, Sam and Dan!! And also the lady who re-painted my car and anyone else behind the scenes that I didn't meet, THANK YOU ALL! This place is the best! Highly recommend!!!!
