I dealt with Fernando, who was highly recommended by my friend. He is personable and attentive to my repair needs.The work was done on time at a very competitive price. On pickup, my 10-year-old Sienna van looked like a new vehicle. Everyone at this shop is incredibly patient. Since my English isn't great, the staff member Jessica patiently answered all my questions without getting annoyed by my limited English skills or unclear expressions. The repair work was also done quickly, and the car came out looking practically brand new.

100000000000000% recommend if you need any body repairs! I had to get my bumper replaced and they did such a fantastic job! Jessica was so helpful when I reached out for a quote, and made it so easy to set up my appointment. As I waited for my car to be done I got to talking with her and the owner Fernando, and I must day their customer service is beyond exceptional! Will definitely be back if i have any other work to be done in the future!!

Referred a neighbor to get door panel damage repaired & repainted. It turned out wonderfully. They were also able to adjust a bumper clamps that were off and buffed another section of vehicle. The vehicle looks completely new again, thanks to great service and work at this Simplicity Car Care location!!!
