Amazing service at this shop, NT and Harry were excellent with my repairs I am more then happy and very fast turnaround saving me $ by not driving around in the rental for more than 2 days.Replaced headlight , fog light, and replaced 2 sensors that were damaged among other small things after a front end collisionI would refer people to this shop 1000%Thanks guys

I brought my car here for a simple oil change and left with a $2,000 repair bill for issues they claimed “suddenly appeared.” Within 24 hours of pickup, my check engine light came on, and the engine started making a knocking sound it NEVER had before. Coincidence? I don’t think so.Worse, they scratched my front bumper and denied it, even though I had time-stamped before/after photos. When I confronted the manager, he got defensive and said, “Maybe it was already there, you just didn’t notice.” Insulting and unprofessional.They also left oily fingerprints all over my steering wheel and interior, and didn’t even reset the service light. What kind of shop forgets that?To top it all off, I saw one of the techs vaping inside someone else’s car in the back when I came to pick mine up early. Totally unacceptable.If you value your vehicle, your time, or your money, STAY AWAY. I honestly wouldn’t trust them to change a tire, let alone touch my car again.

I brought my car in after someone bumped into it while parked. They found all the issues. Fixed everything and even detailed my car🙂 It was a nice feeling to go into it when I got it back.

My car was hit from behind in March, but, as it's a Wrangler, only had some gouges & scratches on the back. My insurance comp. reco'd Simplicity on Greenwood. Thankfully, in the end, Greenwood did not have time in their schedule I was asked to only drop off my car there for pick up by the Simplicity in Toryork. Greenwood looked and seemed awful and they had plenty of bad reviews, so I think I dodged a bullet. My car got picked up by the guys at Simplicity in Toryork and THEY are absolutely excellent. Incredibly thorough communication, delivered exactly what my car required and in a timely manner. I cannot sing their praises more. They went the extra mile all the way, and they very thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. I have NEVER had that level of service at ANY garage. Highly recommend and it's worth the drive out to them from my area in the Beaches. 10/10

Rude, unprofessional owner. They did not have any experience on my car, however they spent 3 weeks on it to repair, messed the body control modules, sold me unnecessary and not-fitting parts since they could not find the main reason . The worst of the worst even they are unable to install properly. After I went another shop after 2 hours investigation they find and fixed the all problem. This simplicity accepts every work even over their expertise. No trust. Don’t recommend

This it the best car care I’m ever has.The service very good! They’re take care my car , they’re fix my car. They’re even clean my car with super clean.I just come to them from insurance send me to them. But I love them. The special one it NT. It’s not very often one can say they got more than they expected from a business especially in these times of paying more and getting less, but that’s exactly what I received from Simplicity. First and foremost their customer service is first class from start to finish so I’ll give them five star just for that. But what really puts them above the rest is their workmanship. I almost didn’t recognize my car when I went to pick it up. A great team with great service, I would highly recommend them time and time again.
