We had a good and a bad experience with this car repair shop. Especially the guy named MIKE!! He’s so rude and respond inappropriately as I am the customer even I am claiming it to the insurance it is not right to treat other people rudely. He might be good but the attitude is so off considering he’s the one facing the customers.

I had my car repaired at this body shop after an accident. Most of the work they did was good, and I appreciate that part. However, the major issue is with the headlamps they installed — within two years, they started turning blue. A headlamp is not a wear item that should fail this quickly, which suggests that defective or low-quality parts were used.When I raised the concern, the shop told me to contact my insurance company instead of helping to resolve it. I understand that parts may come through insurance approval, but as the repairer, I expected them to stand behind the quality of the parts they installed, especially for something as important to safety as headlights.Because of this, I can’t give a positive recommendation. If you need basic repairs, they may do fine, but be cautious about the quality of parts used, as you may face issues down the road with little support.

Our insurance company sent us here to repair our Toyota RAV4 after a car accident damaged the front bumper. The shop repaired and repainted the bumper well. When we picked up the car, we noticed the bumper on one side wasn’t sitting flush with the fender. We brought it back, and they quickly fixed the alignment with no hassle. Great service and happy with the final result

On Wednesday, May 14th, my fiancé was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. We took the vehicle to Simplicity Car Care, where Kyle, the manager, promptly provided a detailed repair estimate that was forwarded to our insurance provider.The shop coordinated everything—from arranging a rental vehicle through Enterprise to keeping our car on-site while we determined whether it would be repaired or written off.In the end, the vehicle was declared a total loss, but what stood out was the thorough and transparent assessment, as well as how hassle-free the entire process was. This place is consistently amazing. I've had work done 4 or 5 times through the years with them. They've never let me down and always go the extra mile . The experience they provide is unbelievable. Be wary of the promises this body shop will make when it comes to the rental. They will tell you whatever your coverage is for your insurance is good for more than a month, but will have your car in the shop for 3 weeks and can't honour the overage when they said they would deal with it.

These people are crooks! Avoid at all costs. Went in to replace trunk door and they CRACKED our front windshield, then lied about it! They then had the balls to say 'give us another $2,000 to fix it.' We demanded them to return some of our initial money and fix their mistake but they rudely argued with me like the disgusting scum they are.

Had the worst experience with this body shop that was recommended by my insurance, they have done very terrible and disgusting job repairing my vehicle and after going back more than 4 times they couldn’t do much to fix the damage and the bad paint job they did to my carPaint job still in the interior trim around the doorDoors was not aligned with each other.Window still makes noise on the highway after they didn’t want to do anything about it.The entire driver door not closing properly and rattles from the insideWill never ever go back there againVery disappointed worst experience

Thank you for taking care of my van. Amazing staff members are welcoming and very helpful. They take pride in their car for your damaged vehicle. I would recommend ???? them. The amazing lady at the front desk makes your trip there as seamless as possible. She is kind and friend and easy to deal with. Enjoyed the experience even though I would not like my van to see them anytime soon I would visit them.

Don't know what strategy they are following about the repairing cost estimation for accident cars. Way too much quote. I am quite sure you can repair the car half of their estimated cost if you shop around.

I brought my car into the shop for some auto repair they gave me a fair and decent rate for the damages they were very quick with the repair i brought my car in monday afternoon by tuesday afternoon it was ready for pick up! Very fast and reliable service if i could give 10 stars i would they did an amazing job on my car looked brand new when i got it back definitely recommend simplicity car care for everyone and anyone in the GTA its worth it!! A Big and special thank you to Ryan hes awesome and will definitely take care of you!

Thanks to all at Simplicity for doing an absolutely fantastic job fixing my beloved car's hail dents! My car honestly looks like nothing ever happened to it! They were able to accomplish it within a day, which really surprised me! I will wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone.UPDATE: I got into an accident a couple months ago and it wrecked my beloved car's front bumper. The guys at Simplicity did an amazing job and again, they got it looking good as new! All the minor issues I had noticed after the repairs were addressed and dealt with promptly. Another five stars from me! Choose them with total confidence!

I was happy with the service provided by Junaid. When there were questions about the damage he got a second opinion from another shop and determined the cause, which provided peace of mind for me. As well, informed the insurance company. I was kept abreast of the status everyday, and car was back in 4 days. Thank you
