Jason was very understanding and prompt in doing my vehicle appraisal and getting it in for repair. They did a fantastic job on the repairs, so much so it looks brand new. I had my vehicle back very quickly also. There were no surprises and the appraisal was dead on. My vehicle was cleaner inside and out when leaving the shop. Started with getting my front bumper painted by these guys. The job looked fantastic and the car looked like it was new. Then I did a bone head move, closed the hood without checking to see if the latch was hooked up ( you guessed it it was not). I spent about 5 hrs trying to fix it my self with no luck. Took it to another well recommended shop and they could not get open as well. Then thought I would try Simplicity again and to my surprise I got a call and the car was done. They also put in a fail safe just case the problem happened again.

Jason was amazing to deal with and they did a spectacular job. Matched the paint perfectly, looks like a brand new vehicle. We were on a tight timeline and he got us in and looked after. We will be recommending Simplicity to all our family and friends.

Jason and his team are fantastic. The repair they did was seamless. I was floored with how great it looked; looks brand new. Communication was top notch as well. Honestly they care about their customers and their work it shows is every aspect! I will 100% recommend simplicity.

Recently had to deal with Simplicity due to an auto accident and was impressed all around. First point of contact (Kelly if I recall correctly, sorry if that's wrong!) is AMAZING. Friendly, calm and patient with a stressed caller, just the type of person you need at the desk. After patching me through to Jason, the heightened customer service continued and he answered my questions and concerns thoroughly and with great information. They were communicative and helpful every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any services you need.

Erhan fixed some vije oarts for me and they look great. He also reoaired a talegate everyone else saud beesed to be rwpkaced but he nade it look new. Showed me on this wow new equipment he has.

Hit a deer few months back , Actually it ran into the side of my truck . I sent my truck into Simplicity car care and man ow man did they do a fantastic job on the boss . The manager even stayed after hours to finish my truck up so I could get it on day I needed it . I 100 PERCENT Recommend bringing your vehicle into there shop and ill be bring my vehicle back if needed for sure . Thanks guys !!!

If Google would allow me to place 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, I have had difficultly with this company since the beginning. Since I have received my vehicle back from allegedly being repaired in their shop, I have attempted to not only call, leave, voicemails, and emails in an attempt to have the rest of the repairs done as they promised. I have multiple check engine, and my airbag light has been illuminated since I received it back, this was a full insurance claim that I was promised would be taken care of on their part. My insurance company is also unable to reach anybody in the office. I have also stopped in three different occasions, and there is nobody at the front. And I’ve waited for 20 minute intervals. This is my last ditch effort to get somebody to get back in touch with me, regarding my missing, key, fobs, and the rest of of the work that was promised to me.

I walked in with some emergency engine issue here one of the guy there helped to scan engine and let me know what the problem was but charged me nothing literally he just helped me with kindness and generosity it was so impressed my heart filled with love for humanity what a beautiful world 🙂

I had been devastated by a hail storm this summer and Simplicity took great care of my truck. They dealt with my insurance company on getting the correct scope of work covered, and were able to get my truck back on the road for me with a new windshield and sunroof so I wasn't spending more money on my rental. Once the parts were in they were efficient at getting the repairs done and were a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anybody!
