i checked out a couple of bodyshops. one place took a quick look at the issue and gave an estimate. Simplicity gave a itemized quote. they said it could be about 3 to 4 days but got my ready earlier. they also threw in a detailing on the inside. all in all i was very pleased with the whole experience.

When my insurance company informed me that Simplicity would be repairing my damaged car, I was initially skeptical. I even told my adjuster that I preferred to use my own chosen shop. However, after reading the Google reviews for Simplicity, I decided to give them a chance and I’m glad I did.My car was repaired perfectly, detailed beautifully, and the team even returned the rental on my behalf. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.Simplicity is truly amazing. It’s either Simplicity or nothing for me from now on.

Had a good experience with simplicity after my fender bender. Staff were very responsive and attentive. Needed a few minor adjustments after the repair and went the extra mile to make sure they were fixed for me. Shout out to the manager for being very helpful.

Fixed the front end of my car after a collision with better alignment than when I bought it 8 years ago from the dealership. Some runs in the paint but nowhere noticeable and for the fact that they even replaced some stuff I didn’t mention I couldn’t care to complainGreat job

They did what they said they would do, when they said they would. They were effective and friendly throughout and the detailing (it went well beyond a wash) they did before pick up, was excellent.Kudos all around. If I need bodywork again I will certainly go to Simplicity !

The customer service at Simplicity was amazing, from the quote, to the drop off and pick up, I was well taken care of. Kayla should teach courses on how to do it. She was friendly, communicated clearly and made an experience I had been dreading into a pleasurable one. The car looked brand new when I got it back and it was even vacuumed even though all the damage was on the outside of the vehicle. It was a step of service that made me smile. I definitely recommend Simplicity Car Care.

By far the best body shop experience I've had! They did a great job taking a big dent out of my door and quick turnaround too. I was quoted over 3x more by a different body shop for the same damage before coming here. They got the work done a day faster and even cheaper than I was originally quoted. The staff is really nice and they even washed and detailed my car and had it looking great after! Would definitely recommend 🙂

These people are great. My driver's door lock wouldn't unlock, and my regular mechanic said we don't fix this type of problem. He suggested a body shop, as they take apart doors all the time. I picked them from Google, a nice, friendly person said they could look at it, and to bring it by in the morning. When I arrived, they diagnosed the problem right away, identifying the broken part (fairly common in older Nissans, according to Google). They "fixed" it so my door will open I can get in and out of the car, until they could give me a quote on the repair. The parts are crazy expensive, but their quote for labour was very fair. The Car is 13 years old and I will not be repairing it. Their email suggested it might not be worth the money to fix the problem. They were friendly, honest and treated extremely well. The place is nothing to look at, but the other car they were finishing in the body shop looked great. Give them a try.

Simplicity are the best in the game, despite the level of accident your car was involved in, they will restore and fix everything, like everything for you. They revived my car and now I feel like I own brand new car. They also cleaned it for me 😊 I’ve used them two and Highly recommend them.

Too much attitude. No rental car ready. I have a job as well and don’t cater to your schedule. I’m a paying customer. Always argumentative. D-for-Done. TD Claims Advisor recommended these people over their own TD Auto Centre! Laughable.Now I’m curious as to why TD themselves would recommend an independent repair centre over their own purpose-built facility?!

I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am with this body shop. If you have a newer vehicle, stay away! They replaced my bumper, but did such a shoddy job, leaving a glaring gap. On top of that, they scratched my car with a brush during a wash, leaving micro scratches everywhere and a few major ones too. When I reached out for help, they shrugged it off, saying they used a ‘soft brush.’ Now I’m stuck making a new claim, paying a $500 deductible, and possibly facing higher insurance premiums. The lack of care and responsibility is just infuriating. I’ll be including photos to show the damage they caused.

I had to go there because my rear window was broken into and they were very helpful and caring. Kayla specifically showed excellent customer service whenever I would call her to enquire about something relating to the repair and the end result of their repair was nothing short of top quality. The car looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Had a nasty ding that was brought right down to bare metal signs of rust was appearing no matter if I have an anti-rust modual or also had undercoating done by Chrown.End result no more ding and door looks fresh from factory.. Excellence in their craft!!!! I'm only going back here!!

Just had a front bumper replaced by Simplicity. They are top notch all the way and understand client satisfaction. The storefront is not impressive, but don't let that fool you. These are professionals who care about you and your car and return it to you looking like new!

I had my front bumper replaced a few years ago by Milano and was promised lifetime warranty on workmanship. The paint has been peeling off the bumper at several spots. I went in this afternoon to request for it to be fixed and noticed that the name was changed to Simplicity Car Care. They outright denied to take any responsibility and stated that they’re under a different management. The weird thing is that it appears like Simplicity name has simply replaced Milano but retained everything else including google reviews, updates, etc. of the work that was completed by Milano. For anyone looking for a body shop, please don’t go off of reviews for Milano. It’s unfair that they’re using the Milano name for new business but not taking responsibility for work done by them.

Worst experience ever! Would not recommend using them, avoid at all cost. They are under new management and the previous owners were way better. My car was suppose to take 4 days to fix and ended up taking two weeks. Would call regularly to ask for an update, leave voicemails and would never get a call back. My insurance had paid them for my rental but the rental company contacted me to indicate they never got paid to find out the issue was due to the garage not paying them. Customer service is not their priority!

Waited over a month and a half for my vehicle to be fixed which was longer than originally told.once I received my car back my license plate cover and license plate were ripped out of the bottom screws at the back of the car like someone tried to steal the car or something and the car was not fixed properly at all, the wheels weren’t aligned, there’s still an engine knock and a fan not running properly that they didn’t fix and the bumper clips come out after any tiny bump is hit.This was done under an insurance claim and simplicity has NOT returned any phone calls and we’ve been contacting for over a month to have this resolved and have not heard back!!!!Do not recommend at all if you care even a little bit about your vehicle.

Extremely overpriced. Expect to pay 3x the rate of what a smaller shop will offer you. The parts they buy are "somehow" twice as expensive as the same parts at a local shop and they refuse to avoid fixing small scratches when your car is brought in.

You get what you pay for,you want a decent job at low price go here. If you want a better quality job I would highly recommend going elsewhere.If you get Work done and you don't drive your car in the winter and yet you have bubbling under the paint,poor prep.

I had an amazing experience with they’re service. Fair price and fast work. I had body and paint damage to my vehicle Junaid kept me updated through email every step of the way and I was able to get my car back in less than 24 hours. 10 out of 10 experience, very professional absolutely no complaints would definitely recommend.

The staff at simplicity car care took amazing care of me. My car was badly smashed up while I was away from it (hit and run) and they were able to order the parts, set me up with a rental, and had the vehicle fixed within 6 days of the accident. Highly recommend them, they even detailed the interior of my car and picked me up from enterprise when I dropped off the rental. They even let me keep my smashed headlamp as a souvenir

I tip my hat to the folks at Milano on Albion road. They rebuilt my 2012 gmc sierra that was totally rusted to brand new condition. It's like having a new truck. When I went in there I felt at home like a friend visiting. What a great experience

Eduardo and his team are nothing but professionals! Both my bumpers where falling off and have paint chips.. therefore needed a total replace/paint. His team took great care of my little car and the price cannot be beat! Even when I had to see him a second time! Top quality .. definitely recommend!
