I had been going from one place to another looking for how to repair the logo that fell off my car. I thought I was all out of options until I got to KMC Auto Collision/ Simplicity Car Care. They took one look at it and got me a sturdy fix quick for the part to stay put on my car; the best part they had this done while I waited. Very good experience with this body repair shop. Reasonably priced. And they fixed the rear bumper so good that it looked like there had been no damage done at all! I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra money to replace it. It looked good as new for only about $1040 including tax! Thank you.

I brought my car here after someone rear ended me, on the advice of a friend, and I'm so glad I did! They were so helpful, I really was lost on how to deal with insurance and assisted me with everything I needed during a very stressful time. They even helped me return my rental in a location that was more convenient for me. It's a family business and you can really see how they care about their customers. Not to mention my car looks brand new and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend them 100%!

I highly recommend this place. They went above and beyond. They will give you a very accurate quote, they won't do anything extra without first discussing it with you. Very affordable, much less then other places in the area. They even helped us get the car to the shop when the battery was dead. The car looks like it was never in an accident, and was even cleaned before pickup. Will 100% recommend this place to anyone in need of body work.

this place is honestly one of the best! Morris was the one who helped me throughout the entire process with my car; constantly going back and forth with the mechanics and making sure everything was handled properly. he’s incredibly nice, professional, and always kept me updated on what was going on. i truly felt like he cared, & thanks to him, my car was basically saved! i can’t thank him enough. i’d 100% recommend this place & especially Morris if you want someone who genuinely goes above and beyond. i’d definitely come back to them again for the quality service 🙂

I would not recommend anyone going here for any type of work. The absolute worst place to go to, I am still dealing with horrendous work. They source out to third parties, my vehicle went through a huge deep clean after being vandalized and whomever they used burned the fabric on my seats the whole entire backseat and the front drivers seat. Their team doesn’t take any initiative, also forgot to do half of the work. I would stay clear of this shop and go elsewhere. They also completely over sprayed my vehicle and did perform a proper paint job either.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Morris and Deb. Not only were they professional, but Morris was able to give me a significantly better rate than the two rust-repair shops I had visited prior.My car door had developed some rust, likely from a poor cover up job from the previous owner, and Morris and Deb's team repaired the rust and redid paint job to the extent the end result looked as good as new (better than the state I had the car when I had bought it).I no longer live close to Hamilton, but I will certainly be making the commute to getting repairs done for my car in the future with Simplicity Car Care Hamilton.

The estimate I received is the exact price I paid.When I dropped the car off, I was prepared to navigate the bus system home, but the team offered me a ride across town at no extra charge - it was such a kind thing to do. I have used Simplicity Auto Care twice to do repairs on my car. Their workmanship and paint expertise are excellent and I can’t say enough about how well treated I was by Morris and his staff.The price charged each time was really good and Morris took the time to explain in detail what would be done in each fix. "In progress" collision repairs but so far, so good. Morris is patient and kind - a knowledgeable man with decades of experience in the autobody - automobile industry. The other folks as well. They take care of you. Location is easy to find and accessible. Waiting area has a variety of magazines to enjoy. Simple with focus on you and your vehicle's needs.A month has past and all is well.Car repairs were completed promptly.Quality job tops a previous of 5 ish years ago done elsewhere. Bonus... car was washed - exterior = "a given" but... the interior - floor mats looked as good as new. What a nice surprise. The little extra goes a long way. My car's front bumper was unfortunately damaged in a hit-and-run, leaving it dented and partially hanging off. I was recommended Simplicity Car Care by my insurance company as they are one of the trusted auto body shops for repairs. If you can not manage your admin work then I suggest to please hire one more employee to do admin work.Why? I had booked an appointment through my insurance to your location as they had your hours as open on Saturday and also according to google maps you are open until 12noon.But guess what. Your BIG sign on the door says you are clossed on Saturdays.(picture attached)As far as I know, It takes about a minute to upate hours on google.This has caused problems to me and may have to many others.Please make the change to everywhere and serve better.Hoping to have the change made promptly.

My mom had a hit and run and her car needed some auto body work done. We were recommended to this amazing company by our mechanic (Dylan at Trillium Auto) . Morris and Deb were great to work with! My experience today with Morris at Simplicity Car Care was fabulous. Morris is an amazing human and an honest gentleman. . I usually as a woman when I walk into any automotive establishment feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Not at Simplicity quite the opposite. Morris saved me money and gave me his honest opinion on what route to take with the damage on my drivers door of my Jeep Cherokee. He was a pleasure to deal with and everyone else there was very pleasant and friendly. I would 1000% recommend taking your vehicle to Simplicity you won’t regret it. The team at Simplicity (Hamilton) is absolutely incredible. They did a phenomenal job fixing my car after being in an accident. They were extremely kind, detailed, efficient and took amazing care of my car. You wouldn’t even be able to tell it had ever been in an accident. They also so kindly detailed it inside and out and it looks like it just came off the lot. I’ve never had better service than I did here. I would absolutely recommend coming here for any body work you may need. Such a great experience in getting my quote- Debbie took her time in inspecting my car and definitely showed a lot of care. She made sure to find good prices for parts that I can afford. She even told me things to look out for when I got other quotes. I ultimately went back to Simplicity because of their wonderful customer care. My car work will be getting done next week and I fully entrust them with my car.Follow up: after lots of work done, I got my car back and it looks brand new again! Wouldn't even know that it was damaged.

After reading reviews I took my corvette there for an estimate after I scuffed up the front bumper. Debbie had a look and thought it may not be as bad as I had thought. She had an employee come have a look. Sure enough the scuffs were gone with no paint damage. I cant express how grateful I am for your experience and honesty in dealing with my car. I offered to pay for the service but my offer was denied, again thank you. A future customer for sure should I need any work done, again many thanks.

Needed to get some body work done and a window replaced. Morris and the team helped me get it done quickly, made sure my car was safe to drive til then (next day to get parts) and was under budget. I went to this Body shop because they had great reviews. Debbie was very helpful, kind and supported me in terms of the quote and the expectations. The price was reasonable. They are honest people and will treat you fairly and reasonably. I had my car's doors and windows replaced. They did a wonderful job. Its a family business and you will get that vibe. Was in an accident and this auto body shop was on the preferred list for my insurance company. The repairs were done in a little is six days and my car is as good (if not better) than new. The detail job that was included as part of their service was AMAZING!!! Morris, Scott and the other incredible staff members have a solid work ethic and made the experience fantastic! I had a fender-bender replaced on my 2019 Honda Civic. Price was reasonable, service was great, deadlines were respected. Morris was extremely straight-forward. We appreciated that there was zero BS.Unfortunately, we had to use their services again for my 2014 Camry, we went there as a repeat customer and again the results were great.All this happened during the pandemic, where a lot of companies use the supply chain issues to their advantage , as an excuse to screw customers over. But not these guys.

KMC was recommended to me by my mechanic, and I was very happy with the service they provided. We had a dent from a parking lot collision repaired, as well as a large spot of rust in the wheel well. It was completed in three days, and our vehicle looks great. KMC provides high quality, no-nonsense body work at a reasonable cost, which is a great option if you're paying out-of-pocket for these types of repairs.

I didn’t have collision insurance and I found KMC on Google right away.When I called they were very professional and personable with me. They went above and beyond my expectations in helping me get my car road safe and looking better than it did before the accident!Within a week, I had my car back, drivable, repairs fixed flawlessly, previous dents removed (courtesy of KMC), not only was everything done quick and beyond my expectations, they were extremely accommodating. They were able to find the least expensive options for me and the cost was VERY reasonable!Feeling ecstatic with their service and customer experience was nothing less than amazing - even the inside of my car was fresh and cleaner than I left it.
