I went to Simplicity Foothills for the first time and was honestly a bit nervous since I had no prior experience with them. But they did an amazing job on my car—everything was handled professionally and with great care. I’m extremely happy with the service and the overall experience. I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. The receptionist was polite, but the rest of the staff showed extremely poor customer service and professionalism. They painted my car with the wrong shade, and even after Hyundai and my insurance company confirmed the mismatch, the paint shop staff refused to acknowledge it. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed my concerns and made sarcastic remarks like “some people see green, some see purple.”
On top of that, after leaving the garage, my car’s sensors stopped working. When I raised the issue, I was told “you don’t need sensors to drive” and “we learned driving in old school,” which is unacceptable and unsafe. Even after two attempts to fix the sensors, the problems persisted.
I recorded the conversations and shared them with my insurance company to show how poorly customers are treated. Despite being paid $25,000 for repairs, the shop failed to do the job properly, and I had to take my car to Hyundai to fix the paint and sensors.
One thing I hate most when they said, "We are trying to help you." ??? don't help me do your job properly.
This shop lacks accountability, professionalism, and respect for its clients. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

My experience with Simplicity Car Care Foothills was terrible. They were on my insurance’s approved list and close to my house; plus their google reviews were not bad, so I went to them to get my bmw 3 series fixed. My vehicle needed a new side door and repaint. When I went to pick my vehicle, the repaint had impurities in it (scuff marks and dust particles in paint). They said they will fix it and told me to come back again in 2 days. When I went back, paint impurities were fixed, but it still had a scuff mark on the new door panel, tint was missing on one of the new door windows; plus there was a NEW DAMAGE to the vehicle. Paint on one of the other doors was chipped off, this damage wasnt there before.
When I brought this to their attention, they got really defensive. Mechanic at the location came out and got really aggressive with me; how’s that for customer service. I ended up leaving the location disappointed, and had to go to another body shop through my insurance again, this time decided to go with a certified bmw collision centre. The certified collission centre informed me of many other things that this shop did wrong in the repairs.

They were able to book my car in for repairs quickly after my insurance company connected me with them. All of the staff were great to deal with, especially Callie, who was very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the quality of the repair and received my car back within a reasonable timeframe.
This was my first experience with an insurance-related repair, and I would definitely recommend them.

Callie provided an excellent customer service starting from a genuine phone call, ending up calling the rental car company and arranging my pick up within 5 minutes. She was wonderful. My insurance company uses this company as it's preferred repair shop. Due to many delays with parts deliveries, it took two months for my Mini to have the repairs completed from an accident in June. I got regular updates from Callie and this was important for me to know what was happening with the repair. Callie is definitely an asset for Simplicity. I am extremely pleased with their service - the Foothills team were extremely responsive to a couple of concerns after I got my car back and went above and beyond for me. Job well done and absolutely worth 5 stars - wish there were more stars for them!.

Cali was very knowledgeable and responsive if I had any questions about insurance, car rentals and repairs for my vehicle. She had everything lined up for me before I got there so that I was ready to go and didn't have to wait. I recently got my car back from Simplicity, and I’m very happy with the repair work—it looks brand new! Callie at the front desk was great to deal with and responded quickly throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the detailing. Unfortunately, my car wasn’t clean when I picked it up, which was a bit of a letdown after such high-quality repairs.
Overall, though, a solid experience and I’d recommend them for body work.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve had taking care of my car. Callie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful from the moment I called the first time till the end of my experience. The owner, Arik, was incredibly attentive and took the time to check up on the work done. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of work and people, customers and his team. My car was damaged in the hail storm and looked brand new when I picked it up. Thank you so much! I am blown away by this experience.

Thank you to the team at Simplicity for the work that was done on my vehicle after I was rear ended. High quality of work, had one issue after repair that they promptly rectified after letting them know.

I was rear-ended and took my car to Simplicity Car Care Foothills to be fixed. The staff from reception/admin to the folks that fixed my car were awesome; very friendly and efficient. Nothing about taking my car there stressed me out. I picked up my car today and it looks fabulous. They straightened out my license plate that was bent, beautiful new parts, and a flawless paint job - and my car was clean inside and out! Arik leads a good team and runs a great business that I will use again if I need to in the future.

Did my Range Rover hail fixed from this shop. It was a huge project. But Eli, Arik and their crew fixed it within time frame which was 3 weeks only. They are very friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. On top of that I had few small things here and there to do which they did without charging any cost; for ex: I had broken sensor and they replaced it and paint it without charging anything! I 100% recommend this shop! Happy with their services!

The receptionist was the only good thing here. The insurance company "The Personal" sent me here. Numerous defects after repair. Rear end accident but didn't check to see if lights worked before sending me home with it. Also the window tint scratched up and they didn't notice. In the end, the electronic trunk not locking. They said they are going back and forth with the dealership and not to worry. That was the last I heard from them. Stay far away from this place.

I recently visited Simplicity for some work on my car and was incredibly impressed by their service. The customer service was outstanding, with staff who were not only professional and polite but also extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions with patience and expertise.

Someone totalled the front end of my brand new truck that only had 11,000 kms. I didn’t have a preference to a shop and my insurance recommended this one due to their “quick” turn around. They had the truck for two months. No one gave me an update I always had to ask and they made me feel like a nuisance when I did.
They got us to pick up the truck at night so the next day we took a better look. Every piece they touched had problems. There were alignment issues on all the panels that they installed, all the paint had debris, black hairs in the clear coat, and felt gritty not smooth. There was over spray on the plastic piece just below the wipers. The lower bumper has a plug and it was still mangled and scratched. The rubber boot around the tow hook was torn and they just stapled it. They got something on the interior and took the finish off my dash. They scratched the badges on the fenders.
They didn’t detail the truck and stated they don’t get paid for detailing. Sorry, but when does a shop keep a customers vehicle for two months and return it half dirty. The only clean parts were the ones they replaced. There were muddy footprints in the bed from them taking out the debris from the accident. They made my husband and I feel like we were being unrealistic when really all we wanted was our truck to be in the condition it was in prior to the accident.
The truck went back so they could try again. They didn’t fix the rubber boot around the tow hook. A few months later we brought the truck back to them again because when I was in the car wash a sheet of paint came out through my vent. Apparently they were never supposed to be painted which is why the paint didn’t adhere. We again asked them to fix the rubber boot around the tow hook.
I also questioned their quality of work on my lower bumper. It looked like garbage after a few months of driving. There were hundreds of rock chips. They blamed our roads, the fact we didn’t 3M it and because it was a steel bumper. Based on the quality of their previous work, I questioned whether they painted it properly. After arguing back-and-forth it was escalated with the insurance and the franchise of simplicity. Higher-ups got involved, they repainted it but they had to get paint reps involved and video tape the process. They threw in 3M for that bumper because they didn’t want to deal with it anymore or have it come back to them. They asked if I could finally give them a good review because they agreed to repaint the bumper and threw in the 3M.
Less than a month after that in the car wash again, and I was using the little blow dryer that they have in the wand washes and the clear coat peeled off a panel above my grille. I brought the truck back to them and the owner of the shop asked me why I wasn’t going back to the car wash where it happened and getting them to deal with. I was also questioned on how close I stand and how often I wash my truck. I explained it happened when I was using the dinky little blow dryer and they told me that they’re working against the elements and that because I didn’t 3M it that I got a rock chip which compromised the paint job and caused it to peel off.
After arguing they agreed to fix it. When we got it back we were so fed up with dealing with this shop for almost 1 year and they ruined the experience of having a new vehicle for us. We traded it in that week and while standing at the dealer I noticed they dripped white paint on the black grille from the piece they just repainted.
We’ve had a new truck for a month and I just got a bill in the mail from Hertz. Simplicity provided me with a rental when I had to leave my truck with them for a week. The letter is saying that simplicity has not paid them so Im responsible because they can’t get them to pay. This shop is a joke.

I got backed into and insurance suggested this placed to fixed a cracked bumper and a minor dented quarter panel. We got the car back and have been unsatisfied. The technician “Jazz” quoted this to us, “if I’m blowing off a car, and some paint chips off, I am not fixing it because I don’t get paid to.” Yeah anyways here is some pics of how my car came back looking like.

We had an amazing experience at Simplicity Foothills. After a tree fell on our brand new Audi Q8, we were feeling defeated. Our insurance company recommended that we take our vehicle here. From the moment that our vehicle was assessed, Simplicity dealt with absolutely everything. Before coming to Simplicity Car Care Foothills, Brittany helped me by setting up the rental so I didn't have to do anything in that department. She was a great help in guiding me through the process.
Upon entry you are greeted with a warm, bright smile from Brittany who is warm, bubbly, professional and friendly. The classic 50's diner style takes you back in time, a little nostalgia.
Communication is great, text messages are answered promptly, progression was given about the status of my car. I really appreciated getting a straightforward answer to my questions. There was no lies or leading answers.
Services was completed in a timely manner. My car was cleaned afterwards which was very nice. I would definitely use their services again.

So this car I own loves the pampering it received so much by the awesome staff at Simplicity Car Care Foothills it decided to ask its school bus buddy to play rear side my side damage derby. Honestly this car loves being in accidents and loves the attention it receives by this business afterwards. All that said, this place is amazing. All the staff are very professional and experts at their craft of automobile body repair and paint matching. The fellow who worked on my car this time, Steven was very attentive and confident that he could repair the damage and he did a great job of it. Of course theirs always the knowledge that you will have visually of the damage before the repair so sometimes in an awkward angle, a fair light, you see the effort in the repair but it quickly reverts to a positive and quality workmanship visual. I was surprised to see my car repaired back to such showroom quality. They even detailed the inside to, a great big thanks for that by the way. All in all if you have any negative assumptions about Simplicity Foothills then you can throw them out and understand that these people are great. The front end staff clerk Brittany is also of mention because she’s just amazing at helping you with any information you need and she even understands how to help you with your insurance and car rental rights. Thanks to Steven and Brittany for making this car repair experience easy. 10/10 stars for you both.

Omg! This place is so awesome. They worked on my SUV and fixed the damage. My vehicle looks brand new and the service was over the top. I highly recommend these guys.

Took my truck here to get a new bumper on. The staff err very nice and they did what they had to do to get the job done correctly and in a timely manor. I recommend them and will be returning with any other vehicle issues!

Repairs to my vehicle were completed by Eric and his team after another autobody shop did not complete them. Simplicity Foothills did a great job; went above and beyond; and completed the repairs on time and as promised. I wish I had taken the vehicle to this location to begin with. Thank you Paolo & Eric!

I understand that magic is usually illusionary or for fun but I've gotta say they performed a magic show on my car repair. I wouldn't have even noticed it were damaged prior if not for the new parts. Insanely talented work by Arik and his team. I hope to never have to come to a collision repair shop again but if I do, Arik is definitely my go-to.

Highly recommend this company to everyone! I was involved in a hit and run in May and went through so much complications and frustrations with Lone Star. Lone star was the first place I brought my Mercedes to get the rear bumper replaced, they took months to "fix the damages" and ended up giving me back my car worse than when I brought it in. I was then recommended to go to Ultimate Fix Simplicity Car Care where they went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. I told them everything that had happened to me and they were all frustrated for me. They explained to me about how they would have handled my situation and it made me wish they were the first people I went to as they were incredibly professional and they value doing what is right. They told me not to stress or worry anymore as they will deal with the insurance and to finally get my car back to being drivable. It took them less than 5 days to get EVERYTHING fixed and resolved. My car came back looking newer than when I bought it! Every damage from that accident was fixed and it looked like nothing even happened. They took care of everything and treated me like a real person unlike my first experience with Lone star where they looked at me like someone they could grab money from.

I was sent to this shop by insurance to have my catalytic converter replaced after being stolen, and the service here was amazing! From the beginning of calling to check in and arranging a time for me to safely be there, to the front desk administrator Quinn who was lovely and made sure I understood everything, and the manager who took the time to explain to me what they were going to do and how to set me up for success in the best way. It was all amazing! They called when things were completed and ensured I knew what to talk to my insurance about with any new balances, and welcomed me back warmly when picking up the vehicle. They had cleaned the inside floor mats as well for me, and looks like they cleaned the front of the vehicle too, which was not something I expected at all when picking my car up. It was a nice added surprise. Definitely would go to them in the future for all vehicle repairs even outside of insurance.

Highly, highly recommend! Amazing staff. Was in an accident and had to get my front end done. They took care of all details to ensure everything ran smooth from beginning to the end. Amazing job done and definitely went above and beyond. Never had service like this before and can tell you I will definitely making this place my go to! Took my 4Runner here to get repaired from damage done at a construction site. Everyone at the shop, from the ones at the front desk to the ones in the back, were all super respectful and professional from start to finish. The people who worked on my vehicle did an amazing job in very timely manner. I could not be happier with the quality of work! Definitely exceeded my expectations. When I arrived at the shop to pick up my vehicle the painter came out and explained all the repairs done on my vehicle. Even touched up other spots on the vehicle I did not expect them to do (again, thank you guys for that). They even cleaned the interior for me. Amazing auto body shop! I will definitely recommended Foothills Simplicity Car Care to anyone I know who needs work and repairs done on their vehicle.

Took my truck there for repairs due to an automobile accident and was very happy with the repairs and efficiency of this shop. When I got my truck back the truck was washed and the interior was cleaner than when I took it. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

They did an amazing job on my hood. I went to a couple of places for a quote, and all of them wanted to replace rather then fix, and when you're paying from pocket, you really want to save. So I received a card from a dent repair place, saying this place is pretty good with body work, and reasonable pricing, So I gave them a call, booked myself in for a quote, and I couldn't be happier. Definitely reasonable pricing, and incredible work!! Friendly staff, and just impressed with the work they did. They got all the rock chip out of my hood, and put a new emblem for my hood!! Thank you very much for the wonderful job, and I'll be definitely recommending you guys!
