I cannot recommend these guys enough, I forgot to leave a review, but seriously the work these guys put into my car after I was in an accident a couple of years back is insane, couldn’t even tell.Extremely professional, very communicative and kept me in the loop/answered questions.I’m in NW Calgary and I would still choose these guys over anyone near me.I should also mention that they cleaned my trunk for me?? Just because?? Name any other shop that would do that.

I brought my car in yesterday for an inspection and was blown away by the experience. My wife was involved in rear end collision .The party which hit herAdmiitted fault .contacted intact insurance and was given 3 auto body shops in airdrie Simpicity was only one which would talk to us and give us a full estimate airdrie auto body no answer back and 1 other no answer backwe went with simplicity because they took the time and talked to usthey good not get us in till Oct 9/25 accident happened july 10/25Simplicity ordered all parts while we waited for Oct 9 to comeWe picked up car Nov 10/25we were extremely happy with all body work /paint and overall servicethey even returned our rental carThanks to all the staffGary and Linda

Simplicity has earned every award and more! Due to Mike’s inspection of our vehicle (more thorough than any other shop), to the handling of the repair (said 4 days and it was), to arranging our rental vehicle, to having our vehicle detailed! (They also gave us a container of matching body paint), and with a final cost which was lower than the other shops by a few hundred dollars…we could see that Mike is clearly proud of his people and business when he gave us a shop tour and how much his colleagues respect him back. This level of customer service and professionalism is a rare thing these days and we’re grateful to have Simplicity represent Airdrie as a top local business.

Surprised these guys have such good reviews to be honest. I did not have a great experience with them. Some issues:1)They kept our vehicle 11 days later than what was estimated at the start of the repairs. No updates on repairs or why there was such a delay unless I asked.2) The total bill was almost $2000 more than the original estimate with no warning - yes insurance is paying, but the customer should still be kept updated.3) Original appointment was moved twice, and my vehicle didn’t get in for more than 2 months from the original date.4) I had to bring the vehicle back into the shop after repairs were completed as all the sound proofing in one of the doors was never replaced/put back into the door. They fixed this issue quickly, but this should have done right the first time.5) The detail job on my vehicle was awful. Streaks on all glass. Nothing wiped correctly. Dirt still on bumpers etc etc.I have to say that the body work and paint job was very well done when repairs were finally completed, but customer service is lacking.

I had an insurance claim and I chose Simplicity as the reviews were great. I understood that it would take a few months to get my vehicle in and my car was still driveable, so I booked. I am really impressed with their work! My car looks new again as well as they did a FULL detail inside! I was absolutely not expecting that and I was quite overjoyed when I picked my car up on Christmas Eve with it smelling so fresh and looking so spotless.Insurance claims are a pain in the booty and we all know how backed up shops can get, so my patience paid off! Im very greatful Simplicity was so easy to communicate with. Thank You!!

Don't know how they get good reviews. The rust repair we paid almost 2000.00 for all came back in weeks. After the fourth repair on the truck they refused to fix it again. Owner said couldn't cut it out due to a brace behind the area. Did it myself (10ft job) no brace behind. It still hasn't come back. Real rip off. Looked like sanded and painted. Nothing else

My partner dealt with this shop. Not only did they lie about scheduling her car in, the manager had the nerve to call her and beg to have her remove her google review after they screwed up. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Gina has been absolutely amazing to work with. My insurance company has been a nightmare to deal with but she was able to fill in some of the blanks for me! Unfortunately my vehicle has been written off so there was "fixing" to be done but everything up to that point was smooth. Gina made sure that I knew the process, the next steps and always kept in the loop with updates. If I ever need a shop this is the one I will choose every time! Gina is definitely an asset to your business!

Always a pleasure to deal with their team even when the circumstances of why you're there in the first place is not always a good one. I needed some help with replacing a rear washer nozzle. Turns out that it went all the way back to the brake light and body part above the tailgate. Bryce came out to check the situation and listened to my situation and my concerns. He knew exactly what to do. Great experience, would highly recommend!! Had my windshield replaced as well as had them fix a rust strip and repaint along the window ledge where the window meets the roof. All the staff were great to talk to, I understood exactly what was going on with my SUV. They had all the work completed within the time frame quoted.

We had a little mishap on our vehicle and the rear door was dented and not functional. Mike and his team at Simplicity Auto presented us with several options to get this repair completed and it was only a couple weeks until the job was all done. When we picked up the vehicle it literally felt like a brand new car (even though it's 10 years old!) We were thrilled with the immaculate detailing that was done as part of the service and then new door looks like new! Thank you for a wonderful experience and for transforming our car back to new!

My son got his bumper messed up on a 4 month old car in a hit and run in parking lot. Took car to this location and feared the worst, buying a new bumper. However, these guys were able to reattach the bumper and clean up bumper. Extremely fair and fast service.Definitely recommend
