Great service! They took their time to make sure everything was done properly according to the safety we had done at another garage. Estimate was close to the finalBill.No over charges. When have an another safety done and the garage said the place that fixed did an awesome job. Will definitely recommend Simplicity Car Care Service.

Absolutely horrible experience.For starters, I took my vehicle here for extremely minor bumper and fender damage. There was absolutely no mechanical issues and the vehicle was safetied just weeks prior. When I got my vehicle back my battery light was flashing, a trim piece near the wipers wasn't put back on properly and the new aftermarket fender had a very noticeable rattle coming from it.Upon initially calling to inform them of these issues, the owner flat out lied to me on the phone saying the battery cable was not them as they did not remove the battery cable. The owner told me they only disconnect the battery when they need to weld, meanwhile they billed my insurance for battery disconnect and reconnect.He then showed up to my work unannounced to discuss the vehicle while I was working, not to mention he brought his daughter with him to discuss it. Then the next day when he showed up to pick up the car he brought 2 different employees (an automotive detailer and an apprentice who's been on the job for 3 weeks) to try to tell me that I was wrong about certain aspects of the issues and the detailer was extremely ignorant.When I got the vehicle back only the battery connector was fixed. The trim piece was shoved back into place (but not properly clipped in) and I was told it'll possibly come off again and the rattling in the new fender is still present. I gave Simplicity an opportunity to come up with a solid plan to get this issue resolved and they failed to do so. It has gotten to the point where their technicians and the owner are so careless and have no idea what is going on that my insurance has advised me to have the remainder of the issues they caused fixed at another body shop.I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. The office staff were great to deal with but the owner and technicians, not so much.. They seem to have no idea what's going on in their own shop and their technicians do not seem to be very competent to do their work without issue. This is now the second time I have had similar issues with this Simplicity location and I most definitely will not be back.

My truck has a name, she's my pride and joy, so when Agnus was damaged in a wind storm, I was very upset.My insurance sent me to Simplicity, where I was skeptical so the only reason, no ever told me about them. I got a speeding ticket on the way there. When staff found out they called Agnus by name, treated me like family and fixed Agnus up so well she show room quality.

Unfortunately my low mileage 20016 GMC Canyon had a run in with an immovable object. This truck was probably 95% perfect before the accident (my baby). I had it towed to Bluewater Collision and entrusted it to Radek and his staff. They went far beyond what was required. They fought with the insurance company to make sure it was 100%. I also had the other 5% looked after. My truck now looks like it just came off of the assembly line in 20016. Kudos to everyone at Bluewater Collision. Wayne B.

Fantastic Service , Attention to detail, worked with me on my project , I’ve had paint work done a few times in other Sarnia locations and this is by far the best , cleanest, up to date tooling and the best spray booth with true down draft .Radic and his team are great .20/10 stars

Took my car here to get some key damage fixed. Mandii went above and beyond to make sure my car got done as soon as possible. Ended up having to bring the car back due to harsh tape lines and overspray on windows from the painter. Mandii made sure I could get in immediately and get those tape lines taken care of. 5 stars for Mandii but 4 stars for simplicity as a whole for poor paint prep work from their guys in the shop.

They repaired and repainted portions of my older sports car. The estimate was reasonable and I was very pleased with the work. They went above and beyond to deliver a high quality result. They even buffed out my wrap around headlights. I was wowed with the final result.

Gave me a written estimate in May 2019 and fully discussed the nature of the repairs even checking paint codes etc. Went there 6 June to start the repairs and the estimate increase by 50% for no reason at all. i suspect a bait and upsell scam, or gross incompetence, or both. They immediately lost my trust and I'm happy not to have trusted them with my car. I have formally been in the business world since 1978 and know that business relationships with unprincipled people are always a bad thing! Farewell.....to them.

My vehicle is older but still runs great. Needed some body work from a collision.Walter offered right away to come my home that afternooon to give me an estimate because my vehicle was not driveable. Other body shops were not willing to do this. The estimate was very reasonable for what needed to be done. Radek kept me informed of the progress as parts arrived . It took just over a week for the repair. When I picked it up you would never know there had been a collision. Excellent workmanship, no hidden costs the estimate stood. Very courteous. I will recommend this business.
