After my car was driven into an opened car door, the damage to the driver's mirror and door was extensive. Simplicity completed the repairs, replaced the mirror and chrome and did beautiful work on the bodywork restoration. Throughout the work, they have been diplomatic and kind.
To make matters worse, the actual repairs were not properly carried out, yet you still debited the money from my insurance. This not only reflects poor service quality but also raises concerns about your business ethics.
I demand a resolution to this issue and expect my car to be serviced properly or a full explanation regarding the substandard treatment I received. I will be sharing this feedback widely to ensure others are aware of the service quality unless the matter is rectified properly
when Customer arrives to their body shop, they ask for a couple of days to fix things, but after that, they don’t finish the job on time and tell different stories about they have authorization from insurance company of 12 days,
They leave the vehicle open and make them dirty and by the time when they deliver, they don’t clean ,
They don’t care about your personal belongings in the vehicle, even the vehicle accessories , I received my vehicle with the missing accessory
So when you go there next time, take a precaution that tell them to send you an email or message with all detail details mention like estimated time to fix the vehicle ,about the cleaning, take a picture of the vehicle from inside of floor mats and accessories, so that later when they run away from their promises, you can show them what conversation exactly you had, and report that to insurance company
I have to say this is the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop in my life so far.
Since the beginning, all the staff from Simplicity Car Care have been treating me very friendly. They made everything clear and easy for me. Moreover, they kept me updated on the progress of the repair. The whole time when my car was in the shop, I didn't need to rush them or call them since they are super efficient as well. I have reach out to them several occasions when can I drop the vehicle or are the parts even coming?
Haven’t received any communications from them based on the conversations I had and what appears to be a lot of back/forth, broken telephone game. Luckily, I brought my vehicle to another shop to give me the accurate quote I was looking for…turns out, it was more expensive than what this shop has quoted me.
I will NEVER trust the insurance recommended prefer shops ever again. Based on what I’ve experienced in the last 3 months, lack of transparency and/or accuracy to what customers are inquiring about.
