Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The repairs were done quickly and flawlessly, my car looks good as new. The customer service was exceptional: they spoke directly to me (instead of defaulting to my boyfriend, as most car shops do), explained everything clearly, and were genuinely respectful throughout the process. When I had to return for a small readjustment, they took me the same day and fixed it in under five minutes. The car was returned spotless, and they even went above and beyond by straightening my license plate and protecting my bumper bolts so they wouldn’t scratch the paint. Truly next-level care. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine care.I was helped by Matthew at Simplicity Car Care and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I came in following an accident that was not my fault, and although the required part was ordered promptly, I had some personal circumstances that made it difficult for me to leave my vehicle with the shop right away.The team was incredibly understanding and accommodating — they kindly held the part for me until I was able to proceed with the installation. Matthew was professional, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. The front desk staff were also excellent — very helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with.As an added courtesy, they even cleaned my car, which was greatly appreciated. Matthew, the store manager, is the sole reason for this feedback.Matthew turned out to be a very professional, responsive, thorough and an excellent human being. He was genuinely a blessing in disguise at Simplicity. He was efficient, diligent and empathetic. He was very disciplined in knowledge and meticulous in public dealing. He was surely the right person for managing that business as impression and examples are set from the top. The competency of Matthew was awe inspiring and I couldn't have been luckier that he was the Simplicity ambassador on duty when I walked in. I know that Matthew takes care of lots of customers in a given day, but I wanted to let him know that I am truly thankful to him. In reality, he has been maintaining Simplicity’s image and commitment in propagating customer satisfaction takes precedence.I also met Edna. She was hospitable and immaculate in her public dealings.Last but not least, I met Zach as well. He was quite informative and made me feel like I was not just another client. He proved to be an expert and and picture-perfect professional.It seems like if you want to envisage customer relationship and service; in Simplicity you’re spoiled for choice. I tip my hat for people like Matthew who know how to retain an existing customer and how to acquire future ones. I entrusted my vehicle to Simplicity Care for accident repairs and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly, professional but also highly efficient. Although I was initially given an estimate of nine days for the repair, the work was completed in just three days. I highly recommend their services for their quality workmanship and prompt service.

Great body shop! Very friendly, very professional. I had a new hood replaced on my 2020 F150 because some jacka$$ had a bad case of road rage! Matthew got me a genuine Ford hood, painted it all nice and did a great job blending and fitting it to my fenders. Thank you Matthew for your help!Alex

I have only talked to them on the phone so far and their customer service is pretty good! I just picked up my car today after a week of fixing repairs and they did such an amazing job. Not to mention their staff and everyone is really friendly, kind and easy going. Highly recommend this body shop + and Matthew was really pleasant to deal with and Edna was very nice to talk to over the phone.

One of the best Body shops I have dealt with. Matthew was a pleasure to work with and his service was Impeccable. Took my sprinter van to get the lock changed and he ordered the part which took some time but he got it changed within a day. Will definitely be going back. Oh and the Price was VERYY reasonable

Taken care of by Matthew. Fixed my Ford Mustang when someone reverse t-boned it in a parking lot. Passenger door panel, side mirror covers and dents in the body work were fixed to be good as new (in fact the repaired side looks better than the undamaged side now !). Little bit on the pricier side, but they fix it properly (for me insurance covered). Bonus they cleaned my interior and replaced my old battery too.

Had a great experience here. My fender was replaced, dents in my bumper were taken out and the scratches in my headlight were taken out. My car is spotless and looks as if the accident didn't even happen. They also cleaned it and used a paper covering on the floor so the interior wouldn't get dirty as they worked on it which I highly appreciated.

I had the pleasure of having Matt take care of my car for me. I collided with a deer which ended up leaving some pretty bad damage to my car. From the seamless repairs, customer service and all over professionalism, Matt truly made my experience with Simplicity Car Care wonderful. Any questions or concerns I had he was beyond helpful and understanding. My car looks better than new. I am beyond satisfied and would bring my car here again. Had an issue with audio speaker mesh on 540i bmw door panel. I took my car to bmw dealerships in markham and richmondhill. "EXPERTS" at both location failed to provide any assistance or they knew how to fix this issue. Both dealerships said that there is nothing that they can but to get a whole new door panel that may arrive in 4 months costing me 2180 plus labor and hst.I was so frustrated with their responses and decided to go to a very humble and professional auto shop Simplicity Car Care. First ever time at the car care centre. I met Mathew, so humble, so professional, friendly and accommodating. He took my car inside for 15 mins, drove out with problem FIXED. It was so unbelievable for me. Mathew did not even charge me for this job. What a shame for BMW and their EXPERTS. I would strongly suggest BMW Canada to consult Mathew before you people rip off your clients. Thanks Mathew. I owe you and Tino at Sam's Garage a big one.
