I took my car here last year to get fixed. Twice I brought it in and they had no record on file so I had to come back twice and then the third time they said they ordered parts and then I went in and parts weren’t in they didn’t call me. The fourth time they finally fixed my car. It went well and they detailed it to. But then two weeks later I was driving on the 401 and a wheel well cover fell off while I was driving. I took it back to be told the part would take a while to come in. Over a year later the part still not in. I called over and over again and was about to give up but then they said the part was in so Friday I booked an appointment to get it fixed. Went in no technician they again didn’t call me and told me to come neck today at 11 I came back today and the part is still not in. Not sure what to do at this point it’s been nothing but a headache for a very simple extremely cheap part that would take minutes to install. All I can do now is wait and escalate the situation with the insurance company. Really disappointed I’ve lost like 4 shifts from work and a ton of gas for something that shouldn’t be so complicated. They intitially said it was due to changing ownerships but now I don’t know what to believe.

I would like to take the time to thank Simplicity Car Care for going over and above what I expected. They made my car look new again inside and out. We meant to go to a different detailer that closed down but this one took their spot.They took the car without an appointment, cleared the trunk, buffed out scratches, and offered to respray our seats for free in a week and touch up paint.Very happy with the outcome. They took care of us and communication was great.I was worried our car was handed to strangers this morning, and we weren't going to get it back. The old detailer still has this location on their Website and Google, beware and don't make the same mistake!Thank you for your help. 🙂

I got T-boned due to black ice so my insurance sent my car to Simplicity Car Care. Upon meeting with the owner he had me at ease. He took initiatives and photos of the damage. He explained what needed to be done. I knew I was in good hands. When I got my car back I was beyond impressed. They exceeded my expectations. My car looks even better than before the collision. And as a added bonus my car was very clean on the inside. It’s like I got back a brand new vehicle. Hands down I give rave reviews 5 star isn’t enough. Thank you guys you were all amazing

All I can say is amazing! The staff went above and beyond. Staff helped with offered to help with issues that were needed and gave great advise for needed parts and options. I was there for window replacement and they offered to fix other issues no charge. The employees were just wonderful plus the most affordable. I will only use them for future issues and recommend others do so, you'll be very happy. Thankyou again guys

Got my car detailed last week at Simplicity. Met the owner there who was great guy and really seemed to care about the business. They had a hiccup during the day with their regular detailer, but still managed to get the job done on time and I was very happy with the value of the service I received. Would recommend!

After a recent snow storm the front end of my car was damaged from hitting snow left behind by a plow. I was so worried about the damage and if my vehicle was safe to drive. I found this location and called them as soon as I got home. Dave answered and made it possible for me to come into the shop right away. They checked over my car and ordered the parts needed. They called me as soon as the parts were in (which was super fast) and I was able to go in and get it repaired! My car was all fixed up within a few days! Their pricing is fair and every person I spoke to was welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly! I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. I will be calling them again if anything happens with my vehicle in the future! What I really appreciated was that as a woman who has absolutely no idea about cars they were very informative and didn’t speak down to me, which has been my experience at other auto shops before! If you need anything done l recommend you check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

After my car accident, Simplicity Car Care provided me excellent customer service. I was updated on the status of my repair, and they took the time to answer my questions.The damage on my car was extensive, but when I picked up my car it looked brand new! It was spotless and after driving it now for a few weeks – no issues at all. Excellent work Simplicity Car Care – thank you for making my experience stress free!
