Harvey was very prompt in communicating with me, the repair was done within the time promised and price quoted. I was very satisfied with the work and had promised to leave this review. The bodyshop did an amazing job on the damaged door. My car has a double tone colour, black and blue...after the repair you cant notice if it has been repainted.We had some issues during the work, but the owners were more than happy to take the feedback and fix it ASAP.

My experience at Simplicity Auto Body South East was a complete disaster. The repair work on my car was utterly unprofessional, leaving it looking like it was pulled from a junkyard. The paint job is a mess—splotchy, streaky, with obvious drips that scream carelessness. They scratched up the hood, doors, and bumpers while removing parts, leaving deep gouges everywhere. Panels were left loose or misaligned, with one trim piece barely hanging on.The interior was just as bad—caked in dust from being left open during repairs, with random rusty screws scattered on the floor and a filthy pair of gloves tossed in the back. They lost original bolts and used cheap, mismatched ones that don’t even fit right, leaving gaps on the exterior. The repairs took moths longer than promised, with no updates, and now my car makes noises something it never did before. Simplicity Auto Body South East is a nightmare of incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs!

Simplicity is simply the best! I had an urgent matter come up at the last minute, and their team was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and quick to step in to help. Their customer service truly stands out and they go above and beyond to make things easier during stressful moments. I’ve also used them in the past hail damage repair on my car, and they were just as responsive, professional, and helpful then. It’s clear that consistency and care is at the heart of everything they do. Highly recommend!

need a better communication. Also, I have my car antenna taken off and not been put back. And 2 plastic between the glass and side of the fender they didn’t put that thing back properly on both side. It pop out when i open the hood.I work 3pm-11pm and they call me 2hrs before my car is ready for pick up I asked if I could just pick it up the next day they said need to discuss that with the insurance because of the rental you guys need to be considerate that not all people work 7-3pm. sometime 2hrs notice is not enough. They know the work of the car and when it will be finish call ahead of time.I also keep calling them regarding update and the added work that they didn’t quote to begin with.I added photo that the piece they didn’t install properly now it flown away as i was drivingthis guys are bunch of clowns when it comes to workmanship and returning you car back after they fix the damage

Simplicity was able to bend back and re weld and fit up really nicely a back transit door that hit a trailer and wasn’t closing, in 24h no less. Back on the road again and the door works perfectly. Thank you.

I brought in my 2018 Toyota RAV4 and couldn’t be more impressed with the service at Simplicity Car Care Calgary Northwest. The quality of work was excellent, my vehicle looks better than ever. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend for anyone who values top-notch care for their vehicle.

January to June 2025 waiting for repair. 1 month and 1 week finished repairing. Leave inside my Mazda cx5 fully dusty, left a spare tire that is not mine. And I have to return it to there shop and consume my gasoline. Not recommended to anyone. I dropped my vehicle clean and I picked it up totally messy. Very disappointed with this shop which is located in 104 Ave Southeast in Calgary Alberta. ( Simplicity Car Care ) . But they didn't care about my vehicle. Avoid this location or go to the other branch which I have a good experience. This one SUCKS...!

Don’t stick to deadlines or their word.If you want to get your car work done in time avoid this car bodyshop.Already cancelled the appointment on the appointment day. Next appointment after 5 months. Finally, in the workshop with one week deadline now changed to another week just for the sake of fun.My insurance company recommended this shop else in a million years I won’t step foot in such an a unprofessional workplace.Will update more after i get my car

Overall very happy with Simplicity and the work they did to fix the rear bumper on my car after I was rear-ended. Docked a star as it was a bit difficult to get in contact with them and get booked in but the staff is friendly. Thanks again!

They did good work albeit it took a day longer than they initially said. It was not a huge job but was handled professionally by all involved. After I had paid and left they did call me back as they realized they had overcharged me as I had paid a deposit to get parts on order more than a month ago. That is pretty honest in my book!

I can't speak for their work because they never even booked me in, I got hit in December started the insurance process promptly then insurance sent out a cheque early Jan and NOTHING it's now been 2 whole months all while hearing nothing we got insurance to phone them last week they said they'd call me back later that day nothing... I phoned last Thursday they said they'd phone me back the next day nothing.. so now I'm going somewhere else these guys can't even communicate properly how well do they fix vehicles?Edit:Because I can't reply to you guys, I'm not mad about you guys being busy I'm pissed off about the lack of communication saying you'll phone me back and then just ignore me thats my bigger issue and why I'm even writing this and also the reason I will be going to a different shop perhaps one that will actually have the common decency to communicate with me. My point still stands of how can you guys fix vehicles properly if you can't even pick up the goddamn phone

Worst place ever !! No updates 3 months and counting my vehicle has been with them. False dates of completion NO communication, I asked for a list of things that was worked in or ETA on parts nothing. Maxed out my rental coverage. I have called since opening ! And no answer kinda find it impossible that there is no one to answer my call since opening.avoid avoid avoid this place at all cost

This location is worth the drive! Simplicity Car Care Calgary South East offers the best service and workmanship in town by far. Harvey and his is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They took great care of my car and ensured everything was perfect before handing it back. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-quality car care. Definitely a five-star service!

Terrible experience. We brought our car in after getting rear-ended in mid September. This shop was not the cheapest, but they promised to get it done the fastest.Well, that was not the case. They were prompt in doing an inspection, I'll give them that, but post-inspection we got 0 communication and 0 progress. Anytime I'd call to get an update, I would either go to voicemail, or be told that "the parts are on the way." Lo and behold, we got in contact with insurance to choose a different shop because this was taking too long, and insurance informed us that was fine because these guys still haven't placed any orders for parts, 3 MONTHS LATER.I don't understand why they strung us along and avoided communicating with us, it's not like they were getting our business anyways because they didn't order any parts. Safe to say, will NOT be back in this lifetime.

I have to say, out of every single shop in Calgary, this one is hands down my favourite. Not only do they provide great customer service… they go above and beyond for you. I had the unfortunate circumstance of being rear ended after the huge hail storm, and after calling upwards of 30 shops, with varying helpfulness, Varun at Crown Collision lifted the unbearable weight of this situation that was pulling me down… he honestly deserves a gold star and a pat on the back. (I am not one to leave reviews… but Varun deserves praise for his incredible drive to make this shop as amazing as it is!! Thank you again for all your hard work!)

The wifes Range Rover got absolutely battered in a recent hail storm. My insurance company recommended Simplicity for the repairs.Vehicle was booked in quickly, with a rental car ready and waitIng. Repairs were quickly performed and absolutely flawless. Simplicity kept us up to date with emails and phone calls.Vehicle looks great. Couldn’t be happier. Happy wife, happy life.

Harvey and Varun were so great! 🙌🏼With hail damage to my vehicle they both looked after me so well since day one, with speed and kindness. I’m so glad I chose them out of the two options I had for my insurance. They had things going and estimate done which I desperately needed - before the other place insurance wanted to send me to - even attempted to contact me LOL and even then that business was delaying appts for even just estimates further.Given my circumstances and time constraints I’m so blessed I went to Simplicty. They communicated so well were fast, flexible, very kind and accommodating. They truly do their best with the size and volume of ppl for sure. Thank you guys and all the best of success! ⭐️PS My car is not the McLaren - wish it was lol But I was lucky enough to catch that out front when I stopped looked great Matching the orange Simplicity sign 😉 thought it would be a good show stopper pic for my review for you! 🙏🏼And just a quick updated photo of the inside layout has changed a bit since others on here which is all good! Note: a Timmies is walking distance and when they have time have or impossible they have offered to pick clients up from the Timmie’s when their vehicle is ready.So that you are more comfortable waiting. So that is great! 👍

The repair work took much longer than promised, and when I finally got my car back, the job was subpar. The paint job was uneven, and there were noticeable scratches on the bumper. I pointed these issues out to the manager, but they seemed unconcerned.To top it all off, they charged me extra for "additional repairs" that I hadn't authorized. When I asked for an explanation, they claimed that it was "standard practice" to charge for extra work without permission.

I brought my car here February 9th to get a quote for damages on my vehicle after an accident and I would really listen to all the reviews on here that touch on customer service. I called ahead of time prior to my appointment and when I showed up they said they did not have an appointment scheduled for me (even though I was on the phone with them 15 minutes prior) they said they would still look at my car for me, so I thought all was good. I was told to provide my email and the quote would be sent over. After not receiving anything for a week, I called and left a voicemail. I have called several more times over the last few weeks with no answer and no call back. What a waste of time.

Service from Sarah at the front desk was amazing from the moment my vehicle got towed to Simplicity. The repair work that was done is excellent, can't even tell I hit a buck. I definitely recommend this service because not only is the quality of work great but the people are so kind and easy to communicate with. I hope I never have to get my vehicle repaired again but if I do, I will come here and so should you.

Had my vehicle brought in to this shop which was recommended by the insurance company. The repair was not done correctly had to bring the car back a second, third time to fix the problem and it's still not fixed, I can see the sanding marks under the paint the left rear quarter wheel well does not match the left side. The door trim and seal was not put back correctly. Sloppy job. Why do the job once when you can do it twice. And customer service is very bad, they just waste time to get the customer mad and frustrated so they can just go away. Stay away from this place even if your insurance company recommended them. They are always late never on time.When the sign says open at 8am you should arrive in time to open the business and get setup and not show up at 8:15am and keep the customer waiting. Will never go back to this place. And this is the correct shop. 2019 honda civic ex repairs done the drivers side rear quarter door etc... I even have the paper work from you address and phone number included.

Terrible service!!!I got into an accident in a parking lot and needed a new front bumper. They told me they would call me once the part came in, never got the call. They then booked me a month later to install the bumper, after I called to check in the status.While repairing the bumper, they said it would take 4 days, it took 8, and cherry on top, my ignition key wasn’t turning when they hand it to me, they refused to fix it ????

Stay away from the place as they keep wasting customer’s time. They keep loosing the part and when customer show up at their store, they said the part has gone missing. So they push customer to come back at another time. So freaking rude customer service.

Crown Collision/Simply Care is the best autobody shop I have ever used. They dealt with all the necessary evils of getting your car fixed after a smash. They took care of the rental, the fixed my car and then cleaned it ta boot! I have a hairy dog and the hair was gone the car looked like I took it off the lot.Best shop, best people, best service ever!

I want to highlight that the service provided to fix my New Tucson (2021) by Simplicity Car Care Calgary SE was amazing. From the first contact for the budget, to the assistance with the insurance company involved, and support for the car rental while my vehicle was fixed by them. I need to congratulate the employee Justin Orr, who helped me in this whole process, as well the ladies at the front desk, and the guys who repaired my car body. The gentleman who did the painting and finishing, left it like as before the collision. In addition to all this, the deadline for delivery of my vehicle, they had done prior to the estimated days for the service. In words, I want to thank everyone on Crown Collision`s team and acknowledge the commitment of everybody involved in care, and assistance in fixing my car. It became clear to me that, it is not just a matter of fixing the car's damage, but it is giving assistance and its promoting the satisfaction of the customer who needs Crown Collision`s service. Visiting an auto body shop can always feel like a daunting task. However, right from the get go things just felt “different” with the team over at simplicity. I have been a long time customer with Crown Collision and Harvey is one of the best in the business. In an industry where it's tough to find someone you can trust to give the same attention to detail whether it is your daily driver or your weekend sports car, Harvey is the go to guy for me! I have had the misfortune of having a few cars that sustained bumps along the way and Harvey's eye for refinishing can't be matched. From unique one off paint jobs to color matching sun faded classics, I have a hard time seeing the repair with even knowing what was done. Harvey and the team at Simplicity Car Care Calgary SE are top notch in all regards. They refinished a car of mine that had some light body damage and the color match was absolutely spot on. A hard to match pearl white that had some years on it where I wasn't expecting a perfect match but was very pleasantly surprised. Harvey took great care of my prized show car and when I picked it up the car looked as good as the day it was sold new. I'm a very meticulous guy and I have been told I'm overly fussy when it comes to keeping my car clean on the interior. I've been to places in the past where I spent days detailing it after picking it up - not the case here! Thanks again Harvey for your attention to detail on my car and amazing quality refinishing!

I have taken three different vehicles with body damage for repair. The work was outstanding! Paint colours were matched perfectly and after the repairs were completed you could not tell that there had ever been any damage. Most importantly, the staff were professional, courteous and competent. If I could, I would give them six stars!If you are looking for a body shop, look no further then Simplicity Car Care, Calgary Southeast.

After visiting several shops for a quote on having repairs done to my truck, I found Justin to be very honest and straightforward, he took the time to explain the process and was very open to answering any questions. When I went to pick my truck up I was surprised to see how clean the inside had been detailed. The owner Harvey was very helpful and touched up some scratches commentary. Will definitely be using this shop as my go to in the future. Highly recommended!
