So happy with my experience Ray & Deepak and his talented body crew. We had a few nicks and scratches on the bumper of our BMW. Two different people backed into our car on two different sides. The Burlington Simplicity Crew blended the bumper paint perfectly. Excellent work at an excellent price thanks guys and a super quick turnaround 1.5 days. Come here for all you bodywork needs!

Ray did an amazing job repairing my front bumper and replacing the hood of my Tesla - everything looked new. They were very honest about the cost and the work involved. Deepak kept me informed of the work and send photos of the vehicle during the repair. Very trustworthy and hardworking group. I highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a used SUV, but found it had extensive rust underneath 🙁 Ray worked tirelessly on it renewing the rockers & other parts. We can’t thank him enough. Simplicity car care in Burlington did a great job with fixing and installing my front bumper and grill. After it was backed up into and damaged.They were accommodating on the date I was able to make it in to service and were friendly and efficient.Deepak made sure everything was in place for a smooth repair service. We got our car fixed here after a collision at the end of 2023. I brought it back a couple months later because the bumper clips on the passenger side were coming out thinking it’s an easy fix. They gave me a hard time saying that they wouldn’t have done that but eventually said they fixed it.As the pictures attached here show, it is clearly not fixed and it is a safety issue. I have left a message and called twice and no one is returning my phone calls.I would like a resolution before I need to take this matter further immediately.

Ladies beware. I paid $500 for a small rust repair. They only sanded it down slightly and repainted, the rust bumps were very visible when picked up and only got worse. Took 4 weeks of calling to get them to do it properly and for what I had paid for. Dan told me 3 days of work, they then kept my truck for 2 weeks. When I picked up my truck it still wasn't great but no boss/manager was there to speak with. Also, items from inside my truck were stolen and my fob wasn't working properly. A little upset you had to re-do the work?

They preform the body work, worst job ever, unprofessional service, spray paint on rear seats, bumper bolts not installed. Booked appointment and promised rental but once there Merik changed his statement n didn't honor his promise, bad service ???? never go there.

Exceptional work and flawless repairs! Fairly quick with their repairs and easy car rental process with them as well. They also detail your car inside and out before your vehicle is ready for pickup. If you need your car repaired from an incident, I highly recommend going to them!

My car was there on an insurance claim and these guys did an outstanding job, going beyond what was required and bringing the car to better condition than it was before. They seem like honest people and my experience tells me that they stand behind their work. If I need body work/painting done in the future, I would definitely go back to them.

High quality repair services. They were able to order the parts immediately for repair then get my vehicle into the shop when they arrived. Recieved my quote within an hour. Price was very fair compared to other autoshops. Would definitely recommend this auto body shop.
