Christina and Lilly Ann were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Lilly Ann also called the rental car place to arrange my pickup, which made the experience very easy and stress-free for me.The bearded gentleman who helped me when I picked up my vehicle was very helpful and informative, although I unfortunately do not know his name. He explained my warranty clearly and showed me how to apply the extra touch-up paint, which was a nice bonus.The technician who worked on my vehicle did an excellent job. Went and got a quote right away. One part was on back order for 2 weeks and ended up coming in a bit earlier. Car was fixed in 2 days and rental arrived super fast as well.Emails were sent to me during all the steps so I didn't need to call to check progress.Happy with the job and most likely will go back again when/if needed.

From drop off to pick up- the process was seamless.Everything was properly done, timeline was smooth and end result was complete and satisfactory. My vehicle was cleaned, shined and ready for delivery on the stated time. One small item was waiting to be delivered and once it arrived it was installed immediately and ready to go. Bravo !

Excellent job. Professional, thorough, and polite. My 2007 Toyota Corolla 4-door sedan car looks new. And they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car. The cost of the repair was reasonable at Simplicity.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I brought in my 2016 White Sonata for a full paint refinish, and the results were absolutely flawless the paint was peeling due to the factory paint being not good but, The color looks brand new — smooth, glossy, and even better than when I first bought the car. I was also amazed that the whole job was done in just 3 days without cutting any corners. The attention to detail and quality of work are top-notch. Excellent service and the amount of days projected to complete the repairs was less than half the days mentioned. Some minor discussions were made and the things mentioned were taken care of for me also. So all in all, I'd recommend them to anyone. Been here before and they also took care of my car with the same amount of respect and attention to detail.

We have been using Simplicity Car Care on Rutherford Rd in Brampton for many many years. I cannot say enough good things about them, from the moment your interaction starts they make you feel like there is nothing more important than taking care of your needs. Then they keep you updated throughout the whole process. The quality of the work they perform is outstanding. They have helped us take care of many customers over the years with great support, and they have helped me personally whenever myself or anyone in my family has had the unfortunate situation of requiring the expertise of a body shop. Great service and work. My new car back to normal. Very professional and friendly staff !!!I would like to request them though, if you could be open to other rental companies as well other than Enterprise. 15 mins waiting for them to pick. More than an hour waiting in a line, only one person helping customers. Half an hour for them to make vehicle ready. Half an hr to drop-off vehicle. Worst rental experience in 20yrs.

I needed my back bumper fixed . I called Simplicity Car Care Brampton. The receptionist was really nice and directed me to Justin Baptista. He was great! . My son's car recently got damaged. It was just a ding to the back bumper but looked really bad. We went to 5 different shops to get quotes before stopping at Simplicity Car Care. It was our last stop as they were able to help us on the spot. They offered great advice, took the time to be honest and did a fantastic job fixing the damage quickly and at an amazing price. We will definitely be back to Simplicity for all future auto body work. They have earned our trust.

I recently had some work done on my car here. Third time coming back and second vehicle of mine that they have fixed. Great work, great pricing, great staff and they can fix what other body shops can’t. Would definitely recommend as it’s hard to find a good body shop now.

Simplicity car care in Brampton is by far the very BEST body shop and car repair shop!The staff are experienced and professional! Their customer service is exceptional. Dave Robinson was very efficient and helpful in getting the estimate to the insurance company, Lilly Ramos ( the administrative assistant) kept me informed on the progress of the care repairs and Marco added his personal touch by being there when I picked up the car to make sure that I was pleased with the work.This is a business that takes pride in its work place.I highly recommend it!

Exceptional service!! From the moment you walk in the genuine care shown was 100%. Lillyanne explained what will be done to my vehicle and the cost. Very reasonable. Next day service. My car looked brand new.Reuben did some touchups to remove some scratches at no extra cost.Tire swap was also at no extra cost....so grateful. Love the shuttle service (saved on having to get a rental). Thanks Reuben for placing my winter tires in the garage.If you are looking for a vehicle body shop this is the place to be. Never hesitate. I have had bad experiences with customer service. They promised me to provide rental car but when I dropped my car they refused and it was very frustrating also I found many places they could have done touch up paint but they didn’t. I am not happy with their service.

I had 2 work done for my car there. Workmanship was excellent, cost and time also was reasonable. In the second job, they missed a scratch, when I reached back, they didn't took responsibility. According to them, it was not included in the quote. It may be right, but it was too minor, a scratch on the rim, they could have fixed it.

So I got my car inspected here on 10th April and it is 12th May and the shop cannot come up with estimates and which they claimed will do in day or two. Don't need to say much but thank fully I didnt decided to do business with them.Edit- 19th May and the email from adjuster says shops have not yet submitted estimates. Post estimates it is the insured who decides if he wants to get repairs done or not. Guess you didnt searched my name properly as it was not walkin but an appointmennt fixed by insurance company

Great customer service here and I would highly recommend this body shop for auto repairs as they repaired my car and took care of all of my concerns. The repairs was done in timely manner as promised and status alert on every stage of repair was sent on daily basis. Paint job was very satisfactory.

There are no words to describe how professional and honest they are at simplicity car care . I was recommended to them by Friends because they were very happy with the job quality was provided when it came to fixing there car. I took my car because it had a scratch other places without taking a look they were asking for tones of money. They were very polite to talk to and they helped me sooooo much. Very good Service. The Gentleman Mario, who took the job, was wonderful. Very Courteous. Very knowledgeable in what is being done. Very good Job. I don't think anyone can beat this place when it comes to body work & painting. Fixed my car here. It was done in 3 days. Cost was very cheap as well. Work was on the dot. They even cleaned my car and gave a sample of paint in a small bottle in case of scratches for future. Even provided a lifetime warranty on the paint job. I was referred by my friend, obviously for the same reason.
