We were very happy with the repairs done to our vehicle. The owners Pete and Jane along with Chloe were wonderful to deal with. They walked us through what would be done to our vehicle as well as sent pictures. They had the work done a week sooner than expected!! When we went to pick it up Pete and Jane we there to explained and walk us through the work done.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed work done on their vehicles.

The wait was well worth it. Truck looks like it came out of showroom back in 2003 or very very close to it. Great workmanship and I had a couple of additional requests looked after so that I didn’t have to handle them after I got the truck back. Ready to go for more years to come.

I can't say enough great things about Pete and his employees at Simplicity. Not only do I like that I have learned I can trust them to be honest and fair, I really like that it's a family owned and run business, who also employs local talent. When no one else could figure out what was happening with my vehicle, Pete and his team were there to find and solve the problem. Always quality work when you go to Simplicity.

Had to get my vehicle repaired went with this location and Peter and his team were great. Kept me in the loop with everything that was needed to be done to my vehicle. Bonus, with cleaning and detailing my car which was to my surprise and love it...still clean inside. Highly recommend this shop for your vehicle needs!!

Best possible customer experience I could have asked for. I hit not one but two deer within 3 months of each other and Elgin Auto was amazing both times. Detailed, professional, efficient, caring, my car was fixed to perfection. Not one bad thing to say about this business.

Elgin Auto Body are nothing but amazing! They are professional, friendly and keep you involved with the process. We are extremely thankful and happy with our purchase. We've already asked them to keep an eye out to replace our other vehicle.
