Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I came here for a simple tire removal and installation, and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare.The woman at the front desk initially quoted me a specific price, which I agreed to. After the work was completed, she suddenly changed her mind and demanded MORE MONEY, completely blindsiding me. When I tried to address this blatant lack of professionalism, she became extremely rude and dismissive, as if I was the one in the wrong.Her attitude was beyond unacceptable – unprofessional, condescending, and downright disrespectful. It’s clear she has no concept of customer service or basic decency. If you can’t trust a business to honor their word or treat customers with respect, why even be in business at all?Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of reputable shops that won’t nickel-and-dime you or treat you like dirt. Never again!

I cannot thank Lakefront enough for the time and effort they put into my 2011 Audi A4. I went to probably about 10-15 different mechanics in total, all either turning me away or quoting me extremely high - up to $3000 for my drivers side rear wheel bearing due to extensive labour and parts that may be affected from applying heat to aluminum. I went to Lakefront in hope for better luck and rest assured, they not only welcomed me in with open arms and a positive environment - but saved me A LOT of money. They did the job for much less than half of what other places were quoting. Najeeb is a dedicated, hard worker that clearly shows his efforts with everything that he does. The lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) is very nice and also very knowledgeable in the field. It did take an extra day than anticipated, but due to their phenomenal customer service skills, commitment and hard work - I would feel horrible leaving them anything less than a 5 star review. They truly did everything they could, saved me a lot of money, and did the work that no others could or would. Not only did they gain an outstanding 5 star review, but a very happy returning customer. I am extremely glad to have met this group of people and I look forward to getting more service done by them.P.S - Don’t forget to let me know what type of coffee and doughnuts you like, as that will be coming for when I come to get my tires!

Good team of mechanics. They don't suggest unnecessary fixes. Also, they're quite happy to practically walk you through the issues.Prices are reasonable - could be a little lower, I think (opinion, not a verified fact).

I found lakefront tire through Google I had a tire that needed fixing the staff was very friendly !! I gotten the flat the night before I was at Canadian Tire when I came out of the store I noticed the tire was very very low wasn't sure if I just had a slow leak or something else I went back into Canadian Tire garage Bay and asked could I put air in the tire they said no I would have to pay $19 plus tax I said just to put air inMy tire pretty sure I said a few nasty f words so I went back out took the tire off in the parking lot and put the dummy tire on next morning got up and took it to lakefront tires and they put a plug in put it back on my vehicle put away the dummy tire for 25.00 taxes included so anytime if you're in oshawott and you need a tire or something fixed they're just off of Philip Murray thanks a lot guys

I was advised accordingly. I thought my car had an issue but when it was diagnosed and taken for a test drive, I got to know it was another thing. Why 4 star is because I called over and over and nobody picked so I drove down and I had to wait for 1 hour.
