I brought my vehicle in for a hit and run repair. Initial inspection and quote done on the 8th of October. I was told at that point they couldn’t get my vehicle in until January 2025. When I called and spoke to the receptionist she told me it was a long wait so that parts could come in. When I called back and said my vehicle could be fixed that week by Herbert’s they immediately changed the date to the up coming week. My vehicle was dropped off on Nov 1st and repairs started on Nov 4th. I was quoted 5-7 business days from the fourth. They called and informed me that my vehicle was done on Nov 7th but I informed them I was away at work and couldn’t come until Nov 12th since it was a long weekend and they wereClosed. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed NEW considerable damage bilaterally including two dents and two large scratches. When I spoke the receptionist that day she took pictures and said the owner would get back to me. By Nov 14th I still hadn’t heard so I called. The receptionist Marta was extremely rude and said she discussed it with the repair technicians and the owner Tim and they felt because my vehicle was “left” in the lot after the repairs were completed that the damage must have happened then and they were NOT responsible despite my vehicle being in a supposed “secured” parking lot. I’m at a loss of what to do. I’ve been in contact with my insurance company and am waiting to hear what to do next.I would absolutely not bring my vehicle here since it appears they seem to lack a conscience and sense of morality when dealing with their customers.Just go to Herber’s, they’ve never been a disappointment.

First of all, after everything, my car looks great. Beautiful repair. But customer service could not be worse. I was told my repair could not be done for 6-8 weeks. I left a deposit but found another shop with a great estimate that was booking 1 1/2 weeks away. Tried to cancel Robertson and suddenly they had an opening the next week. Ok. Took my car in. A week later got an email that extra parts were needed and included a final total. I said that was fine. Heard nothing else from them over the next 11/2 weeks. Phone calls to them went to voicemail. Never received any return call. I finally went to the office to find out what was going on. Apparently I was supposed to be given updates which never happened. Tim was very apologetic, showed me my car which was almost done and said I would receive call when in the last stages. I didn’t. I got a call saying “you can pick your car up now”. No warning. Ok. Went to get it and the price was suddenly $400 more than the updated final cost I had been emailed. What?!I would return if the front staff changes and improves customer service because Tim really cares.

Busy place. I brought my car in for an estimate and they told me I would receive a quote within 3-5 business days. I called back after that to follow up, to which they told me there was a delay and it’d be another 3-5 business days. Still haven’t received a return back and it’s been over another week of “business days”.

Worst experience ever. They keep telling me about my car parts will arrive soon and its been over one and half month still waiting on parts. Initially I was told that it will take around 3 weeks and now I have to bear all renting expenses because they cannot get simple parts for my car. Please avoid at all cost.

Worst customer service experience. The owner Tim, will lie to your face. It took 3 months to fix my vehicle and it wasn't even fully fixed when I picked it up. Do Not Go Here!

I took my vehicle to Robertson for a minor scrape on my right rear door. I received an estimate and had the work done. However, upon picking up my car I was told that an outside piece of moulding on the door was broken (or rendered unusable) in the repair process. I took the car back and the new piece was installed, but I was told I had to pay for the part and labor. I objected, saying I did not damage the part, they did. We argued over the matter, and I eventually agreed to pay half the cost just so we could end it. But I still maintain I should not have been charged anything. Had he included a charge for the moulding in his estimate, I would have paid without question. He is, after all, the expert, not me.

I've used them twice. The work was done great both times. And the service was even better. When the insurance company wouldn't pay for a part of the work, because of a technicality, they fought for me on my behalf. 5 star I hope I never have to use them again, but if I have to, these are the first people I will call.

DO NOT COME HERE for any issue with your vehicle. I took the vehicle damage estimate here, and it took them three month maybe longer to get the result( I still haven’t received the estimate result). Very rude phone service, constantly urging me to hang up. Definitely internal reviews by staffs. I’d give a zero star review if google had.

My spouse brought her vehicle here after a not at fault accident, recommended by insurance with good reviews. Well they must be internal reviews by staff because the service she got was appalling. Dismissive to potential mechanical problems, dismissive to her concerns while being told to just wait in the lobby, an incomplete quote without any mechanical inspection done while she’s now scrubbed off the accident side front tire and drivers side is starting due to the alignment being out making terrible noise. Imagine not causing an accident and being told by the auto body you’re going to have to pay for some stuff? The man I can assume is the manager or owner couldn’t answer my questions straight and had different answers for the same questions as well as an attitude. I’d avoid taking your vehicle here period and just go up the road to mikes mechanic shop which was once a maaco, very personable with excellent customer service. Cheers.

Spoke with Tim and he quoted me about $850 for a rust repair. Then I get the quote in an email and it's suddenly $1100. Called to get someone to decipher the quote sheet and get the runaround on odd charges. It seems the quoting system is designed to confuse and deceive and when you try to get to the bottom of the charges they just ghost you.Pretty shady. And avoid talking to the Russian lady, she's hopeless.

I have been bringing vehicles to Tim Robertson for approximately 15 years and have referred many others. Firstly Tim is knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable and since being referred to him, I have never gone back to any of the other body shops I was familiar with. He has always delivered 10 STAR service and due to his expertise in the business, he typically offers choices or options with the various repairs I have brought to him over the years. Tim is certainly aware this can be a stressful time for his customers and despite having a flourishing business, I always leave his shop feeling that he just provided me with his undivided attention… Thank you Tim and all your staff!!

I have dealt with Tim at Robertson Bodyworks over the years, never to be disappointed. Tim(owner) & his staff are awesome to deal with. He makes sure you are TOTALLY satisfied with your vehicle, which I have always been with other vehicles. All the work done on my 2006 mitsubishi recently is superb to say the least. I just picked it up from the shop yesterday & it looks FABULOUS:)...It is like brand new...great care & pride is always put into their work...Thanks Tim...you are the BEST!!! #1

My experience at Robertson Bodyworks was unparalleled and I highly recommend visiting this location for any auto body repair needs. My car was hit while parked in the middle of the night and of course it left a significant dent right behind the passenger side door. I brought it into Tim and told him about the hit and run and my budgetary restraints. He did a fantastic job on the repair and the dent doesn't look nearly as bad as it did before but the fix was still affordable and within my budget. If I ever need any more work done on my car I know exactly where I am taking it. Thank you Tim and team!

My 22 year old girl had saved enough to buy her first brand new vehicle, a 2022 Acura RDX. I could hardly make out what she was saying into her telephone as she drove into the hailstorm leaving Sylvan Lake. The noise was unbelievable and as she could not see through the hail, she just needed to ride it out. By the time she was home, I had researched a body shop that would work with this type of specialized full body damage. Tim's place was a tad tricky to find the first time but with his quote in hand, we left her pride and joy in his hands.It took longer than initially quoted but Tim stepped up and paid for a rental car past what AMA Insurance was going to cover, classy to be sure. I fully expected her car to still show signs of the damage when we picked it up so I waited until we could get it into the sunshine in our driveway. There was not one mark! Her car looked exactly the same as it did when we left the showroom at West Side Acura. At 72, I am seldom amazed but the body work on her vehicle was perfect! I don't know how they managed it but I am so thankful I found them for my girl. You can trust Tim to get it right. We did and so can you.

The lady that works in the office is rude and doesn't enjoy her job. They told me they would replace my bumper then just used bondo on it. I'm assuming they used bondo on my quarter panel too. They painted my tire and left a crease on my bumper. The paint looks like it's going to start feeling from bad tape around the corners. I would give no stars if I could. I'd rather live with the defects then go back.

A City of Saint Albert owned garbage truck drove into two of my vehicles with its hydraulic side picker arm extended. They were both parked in front of our house and were pushed/dragged up and onto the boulevard. Damage to one was significant. I am a classic car guy and have built many vehicles and a lot of equipment - I'm very picky (just ask my wife...poor woman). Tim had been recommended to me years before by one of his competitors when their shop was full. I brought Tim my damaged truck and asked him to walk me through how he would repair it and what would be done. I told him I was particular and said he needed to decide if he wanted to have me as a customer. Tim took the job and I gave him as much time as needed to repair it. I didn't want a rush job. Tim and his team exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended him to friends and family. He is next repairing my wife's Lexus and will then be completing repairs on the second vehicle damaged by the garbage truck. Appreciate the skill and professionalism of Tim and his team - Mike

DON'T GO TO THIS AUTO BODY SHOP. They are crooks.I had a very tiny door ding in the fender of my car.I googled for an auto body shop and called this place.I talked to a guy named Tim.He is a big crook.I told him that I just want a paintless dent repair.There is a tiny ding from somebody's door may be.He asked for $100 as opposed to $45 to $50 like others.He said that they are very professional and they will do such a good job that it will look like it never had a ding.I agreed to that.After two hours when I went to pick up my car.They actually put a whole bunch of new dings and said that actually the whole fender needs to be fixed.Now they wanted $600 more.They are big crooks !!!!
