Dropped off my car today staff have poor communication with their customers. Really weary on how the repairs are going to be. Sat inside wasting 10 minutes. Staff seemed more concerned about other work and not the customer that’s facing them. Communication prior to dropping off car was lacklustre and they don’t even reply to emails. Only had one positive experience so far with them and it was a lady name unsure but she followed up was polite unlike the two guys inside this morning. She is the reason they got three stars else would have been one. Got my car things were stolen like other commenters not impressed will never use this location ever again!

Excellent customer service. Fast turnaround - my car was ready within days. The staff all around are very courteous and conscientious. Went above and beyond their duty of care. Best experience with a Mechanic to date 🙂

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this mechanic shop with Assistant Pavithran, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt well taken care of. Pavithran was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the service.The mechanics at this shop did a great job on my car, and I felt confident in their expertise. The prices were fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. Pavithran truly made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be returning to this shop for any future car maintenance needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service

If your insurance company recommends you to this auto shop. Don’t do it. My car was rear ended in January, and now it’s May, they haven’t received the parts for repairs. And my car is a Honda Civic. Plus every time when I call to check, they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes. It’s certainly not worth your time with this auto shop.

Employee whose first initial is K at the front desk of this business is a complete nightmare to deal with. Rude and evasive, essentially accused me of lying. I cannot understand how anyone would put this person as the face of their business. The owner seems decent and I feel badly for leaving a negative review, but perhaps it will help in some way.To be clear, the actual car repair was professionally done to a high standard despite extreme delays, which I understand due to global parts shortage. Garbage and someone's dirty sweatshirt were left in my car, however.Edit to reply to owner's reply: I am not planning to out someone by name here, but I can confirm the information in my original review is accurate, including the name and the location. My experience was last year. Either you no longer have the person on your payroll or the response is disingenuous. I stand by my original statement and you will certainly know who staffed your front desk and dealt with your clients in 2023, and I have the emails and business card to clearly establish their name. You may want to consider the substance of the feedback provided rather than suggest your customers are wrong in their reviews. I think this all proves my point in a roundabout way.

Unfortunately thought it would be a good idea to take luxury vehicle here but it wasn’t.Took off everything to take an estimate but upon putting it back they destroyed the car.The bottom shields have fallen off other parts of the cars also came out.If you have an old non luxury car you ll be ok.But for high end especially new vehicles don’t recommend it.Take it through the company dealership.

Great service! While we had to wait a few months for parts (obviously not their fault), they did a great job of keeping us updated and stayed true to their ETA once we dropped the car off for repair. The staff there was great as well. Hopefully we won’t have to use them again, but will be recommending them to others.

I came here because i got a pretty good price and i understand that this is a franchise business so i expected nothing but great service. I was informed my car would take approximately 2 weeks to complete for some minor damage i had on my car. I needed my vehicle immediately after the 2 weeks for my personal uses. It ended up taking slightly over 3 weeks and i had to make arrangements without my vehicle which was very frustrating. When my car was ready, the work was great. I will give them credit on the work as they made it perfect. However, i noticed 2 objects were stolen from my car. My iPhone lightning cable and steering covers were both stolen. I was extremely frustrated with this, because this is not what you would expect from a professional business. I asked to atleast get a credit of $50 which was the cost for these 2 items so i can replace it myself. However, they have not provided me with the credit and actually claimed that my payment was $200 short. I was livid to hear that and just gave up with these guys. I would recommend removing any belongings from your car and making sure you have a rental or another arrangement with a vehicle so you do not encounter these issues.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Parts arrival and service took a total 3-6 months (for a fender bender!!). Their communication and customer service is the worst. They don't provide any clear explanation and do not follow-up as promised. You have to call them and hound them to ask simple questions such as, "When will my car be ready?" I was told my car would be ready in 5 business days. It took them 14 days. This, after they assured me the had a "special tech" working solely on my vehicle to ensure that car would be back in a timely manner. One day their phones just didn't work. Called and called and no one could get through.Train your staff to directly and clearly communicate with customers (skip the long explanations about your process). At the end of the day, the customer is the focus and they just want to hear a few things (in 25 words or less):- "Here's what's wrong with your vehicle"- "Here's what we will do to fix it"- "Here's how long it will take"- "Here's how much it will cost"- "We will call / text you every day to update you on the status of your vehicle."FOLLOW-UP AND COMMUNICATION ARE KEY. Take this advice and apply it. ^^^ ( I work in e-commerce and user experience ).DON'T MAKE IT COMPLICATED FOR THE CUSTOMER.---After all of that, the repairs on the back of the vehicle made, 3 days later, the car now won't start. I had to pay extra for another mechanic to look at it. ---

They really went above and beyond with fixing my highlander. They even fix some parts I didn’t even ask for, and they did those for free out of the kindness of their heart. They have great customer service and the workers are great.

Ridiculous service. Told me the part would take 3-5 weeks. I waited more then 10 weeks and the oart didnt come. I had to find my own person. Very unprofessional people. Would not go back or recommend

Had a fender bender and took my car in to get assessed for a repair. I literally never heard back from them. Like, they kept my car for a day and assessed it, then never contacted me. I called and asked when they would have an estimate and they said "soon". That was two months ago. Not sure what is going on in how this business is run, but I went to another shop to get my car repaired (without issue). Maybe get yourselves together if you want to stay in business.

Had my truck in for repair after being rear ended (minimal damage).Irtz and Junior took great care of both me and my truck.It came back detailed in and out which was an unexpected bonus!Would recommend highly.

We came here for our jeep as it was rear ended and this is a place our insurance company Allstate is affiliated withSimplycity car care has a few locations i can not speak if those other ones but this one we felt comfortable, you can ask questions after they very well and knowledgeable staff inside the garage checks over your car very thoroughly they send report to your insurance company which ever one you are with the parts are then ordered if your insurance company agrees then you just have to wait till it comes in the mechanic will then call you and set up appointmentswhen you walk in you are welcomed and feel good

My headlights were vandelized and my insurance company sent me to simplicity, I'm glad they did, simplicity took a look and got new lights for me from gm , one came out defective so which is not simplicitys fault , simplicity did the warranty claim and are waiting on gm to send in the new light and my job will be well done, in conclusion they know there stuff and care for there customers, they are pushing gm to get me the lights asap, as the light defect is causing other electrical trouble in the car. Over all very pleased 🙂 will update after job is done.

Had a great experience! They were referred my my insurance company for a repair. A bit of a breakdown of communication with the office people at first but the job was completed quickly once the parts arrived and the car looked great.I love that they wash and detail the car for you at the end. All of the guys in the mechanic shop were super nice and friendly.

Had a very positive experience. My back was hurt i was unavailable to drive. The experimental valit service offered at this location with Desjardins insurance was a blessing. The paint job was exceptional, very professional certified work👏 looked good as new. Junior went above and beyond to cover every aspect. I would diffenetly recommend this place.

Took for vehicle here due to a rear end collision accident. The crew here were great with communication, assisted with my car rental needs, and handed me my car back in immaculate condition. Everything was done through my insurance in terms of payment. Great experience here as a body shop.

I got in a minor fender bender at the end of last week, I was completely distraught as my car is my baby. I called my insurance company and they told me Simplicity is the place to go and they were right. They set me up with a rental as soon as I got there and gave me day by day updates on my vehicle. A few parts needed to be replaced but they matched the paint job perfectly, even painting areas that weren't effected, I actually had a small scratch on my door from prior to the accident and they completely buffed it out so now it's barely noticeable. Junaid and his team made this unfortunate event a near seamless experience, and as much as I hope this doesn't happen again, if it did I would definitely go back to them.
