I have come to Simplicity twice in the last few years due to hail damage and a hit and run. I asked my insurance company to come back to them because of the customer service, friendly team and amazing work they do. This time picking up my vehicle, it was beautifully repaired, detailed, they checked the air pressure in my tires and made me smile when I picked it up. A staff member even backed it out of a tight spot for me as I was feeling nervous. I noticed a small issue inside the door that had been fixed. I emailed Franco and sent some pictures. He emailed me back in a few hours stating a clip had come undone and come in anytime and they will clip it back. I took it back and was in an out in an hour and got to play with the office dog while I waited. It's the situation of hoping I never have anymore car damage and need Franco and his team again, but if I do, they will be my first choice. Thank you to the team!

My car was involved in a hit and run by an Amazon driver in my community who tore the whole front bumper off my car. My insurance appraiser recommended Simplicity Car Care and I'm extremely happy that I took his advice. They kept me updated as to when they received parts and were going to begin work on my vehicle. They called when it was complete and when I got there I was blown away by how great the exterior of the car looked and how great the interior looked and smelled. Their body work is incredible and they detailed and cleaned my whole car. I will be using them for any car issues I have in the future.

I was driving on Deerfoot Trail yesterday and a rock hit my drivers side window and shattered it! I wen to Simplicity Car Care Central. They do not fix windows but they were so helpful. They vacuum the glass and clean it all up and they put a strong plastic on it so I could take it to be fixed! The reception Lady also call around for quotes for me! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend this company!
