I am extremely disappointed with the car repair and maintenance service provided by your shop. It took an unacceptable one month to service my car, which is far too long. Even after such a delay, the car was neither cleaned nor washed, showing a lack of attention to basic customer expectations.To make matters worse, the actual repairs were not properly carried out, yet you still debited the money from my insurance. This not only reflects poor service quality but also raises concerns about your business ethics.I demand a resolution to this issue and expect my car to be serviced properly or a full explanation regarding the substandard treatment I received. I will be sharing this feedback widely to ensure others are aware of the service quality unless the matter is rectified properly

Very poor service. all staff are totally arrogant. I don't know how they got such a high rating. This place is full of scammers. I will not suggest anyone to go there

No written conversation available only verbal promises so that later they can run away from the commitmentwhen Customer arrives to their body shop, they ask for a couple of days to fix things, but after that, they don’t finish the job on time and tell different stories about they have authorization from insurance company of 12 days,They leave the vehicle open and make them dirty and by the time when they deliver, they don’t clean ,They don’t care about your personal belongings in the vehicle, even the vehicle accessories , I received my vehicle with the missing accessorySo when you go there next time, take a precaution that tell them to send you an email or message with all detail details mention like estimated time to fix the vehicle ,about the cleaning, take a picture of the vehicle from inside of floor mats and accessories, so that later when they run away from their promises, you can show them what conversation exactly you had, and report that to insurance company

My Elantra was in an accident about a month ago. Then it was sent here for repair.I have to say this is the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop in my life so far.Since the beginning, all the staff from Simplicity Car Care have been treating me very friendly. They made everything clear and easy for me. Moreover, they kept me updated on the progress of the repair. The whole time when my car was in the shop, I didn't need to rush them or call them since they are super efficient as well. I expected my car to be fixed in two months, but it only took them one month to finish everything. Especially the quality of their work is excellent. When I got my car back today, the car looked brand new, as if the accident had never happened.Marco did such a great job this time. His professionalism and customer service are up top. And Phil is such a great guy. He delivered my car directly to my home in a short time. Super friendly, too.I just wanna thank Simplicity at East Gwillimbury location for everything they've done for my car. The accident could be stressful. I'm glad my car was sent here and saved me the extra trouble :)Strongly recommend other people to come here if they have anything wrong with their cars.👍

I'm a small business owner who uses a work vehicle. I was unable to find a rental vehicle, I went back to simplicity and explained my situation.They then moved my vehicle to the front of the line, and I was able to get back to work much sooner. They helped me gain back a loss of income. Thank you to Irtaza, and the all the people in the garage. I'm so grateful to everyone.I will recommend this business to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle .

I was recommended to use this “prefer shop” to get my vehicle repaired from the insurance. Unfortunately, when speaking to them about the repair and estimate, it doesn’t seem the quotes were accurate, it was too good to be true.I have reach out to them several occasions when can I drop the vehicle or are the parts even coming?Haven’t received any communications from them based on the conversations I had and what appears to be a lot of back/forth, broken telephone game. Luckily, I brought my vehicle to another shop to give me the accurate quote I was looking for…turns out, it was more expensive than what this shop has quoted me.I will NEVER trust the insurance recommended prefer shops ever again. Based on what I’ve experienced in the last 3 months, lack of transparency and/or accuracy to what customers are inquiring about.

So great! I went there from my insurance claim and I was hesitant but hopeful. I received my car back in better shape than it went in and they even detailed my car and it was such a nice surprise. I’ve never been in a car accident so this being my first time was very emotional but they were all so friendly and flexible with letting me get my car when I finished work which was way past their service hours. So happy I have gone back since then for other fixes not related to my accident and they are wonderful

Our car, Rav 4, was hit by a Toronto city garbage removal truck and we thought it may not be repairable. We took the car in to the team and George and his team was fantastic. They assessed the repairs, arranged the rental car, and completed the extensive repairs promptly. The repair work is probably the best I have ever seen, they are extremely focused on every detail. Thank you team Simplicity!
