Excellent find, excellent customer service. I had slight damage to rear of car which I thought could be buffed out. My go-to body shop wanted over $2,000, next shop just under $700. Simplicity….just a couple of hundred for a simple buff and polish. Highly recommend this shop, pleasant staff, clean and very customer focused. My new go-to body shop in Oakville.

Sebastian and his team hands down have some of the best quality control And customer service I have experienced with any automobile Insurance repair facility.They have gone above and beyond what I have expected. Sebastian and his team were nothing short of polite, helpful and headache free.I was brought to sebastian shop because of multiple issues with my vehicle being repaired properly with an Unnamed repair facility. My vehicle had been in the shop three times and the owner simply did not want to fix what was necessary.Once I was recommended to go see Sebastian the issues were all taken care of.Thanks again simplicity car care.You guys are the best 👌🏾On a side note I want to give A shoutout to Sebastian and Colleen. Specifically for doing everything and more a customer could ask for.

These guys really do care. This is what I noticed. They repaired my vehicle as quickly as they were able to (reliant on parts delivery of course). They did the job well & car was all cleaned up & it was done for a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service!!! I got my quote in 30 minutes, after I confirm they order the parts and they repair it in one day.Sebastian and the team were extremely helpful explaining what needed it to be done, expedite in providing the service and really nice people to work with.

Best paint shop I've ever been to! I was shopping around for quotes and came upon Simplicity Car Care Oakville. As I walked into the shop, I was greeted by Gurjit and given a quote within 10 minutes. The quote was over $300 cheaper than the other ones I had received so I decided to give it a try. Gurjit was quickly able to book me in and deal with the insurance company himself to save me the headache. The job was complete within 2 days; the paint quality and the color match were flawless! The painter even explained the process and educated me on my paint's condition. Definitely recommend this shop and will go again if ever needed.

I had a positive experience with Simplicity Car Care. Their staff is extra friendly. Brittany the receptionist was awesome! I had my car looked at on the Monday, and my car was repaired by Friday. A great experience from start to finish. Hopefully I don't have to return, but if I do, they would be my first choice.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. Our car was repaired sooner than the insurance estimated. It now looks like new. We are very, very pleased.
