Just from reading past reviews and your defensive and rude remarks to reviews, I will not be considering you OR your business for any automotive repairs, I will also inform anyone who asks me for body work to stay very far from you, how hard is it for you to keep employees? It's 2024 I think cheques and punch cards are a little outdated like your bodywork and attitude seems to be.

Amazing experience! Called them yesterday about my driver's door adjustment, and they told me to bring my vehicle the next day. There was a lot of wind noise, road noise and even water getting in my car when it rained. Employees are very kind and they managed to fix my problem the same day in a few hours. On my drive home I didn't hear any wind noise anymore. Overall amazing experience and a job well done. Thank you!

Showed up to get my civic fixed and was told around 3k to fix. Then he got it estimated at 4.5k. Then he billed me at 8.5k. When I told him im going through insurance instead he made us pay a 1.5k cancel fee and pay for the parts still. Do not go to unless you want to be scammed and lied to. Also has a 1 month wait time apparently and will tell you to buy parts if you want to save your own money. Overall terrible experience

Andrew is a arrogant and defensive owner doesn't listen to anyone keep saying the same thing over and over like a teleprompter. Need someone with good customer service ethics there. 0 star for their service for a minor fender damage they take 25 days to get the appraisal they are not worth the time.or money.

Takes forever to repair the car doesn't know how to talk to customers rude staff. Minor fender bender takes a 45 days to repair I don't know how you guys make money. You service is below mediocre.👎

Had my vehicle in there best service I've ever had as far as body work and paint goes Andrew and his staff couldn't ask for better my suv looks great.

They replaced my rear passenger door and repaired other parts of the body of my car after an accident with a taxi. All I can say is WOW, I can’t even tell I was ever hit! Not only did they fix it, they cleaned it really nicely. There was a small issue with my speakers after I picked up the car, they saw me the very next morning and fixed it in 10 mins. Great service too, they helped set up my rental and got in contact with my insurance company when they didn’t get back to me. I’d absolutely recommend Simplicity, 110%! Thank you team!

I have handover my car to them and got the claim, first the paint peeled off from that spot while washing.Secondly they have broken my rear light and put the glue on without knowing me. If you wana get screwed and have plenty of waste time hire these guys.I am having some good words for them that I can’t write hope they understand
