Medeiros brings over 14 dedicated years in the automotive industry to the role. His multi-faceted career spans collision centre operations, high-volume P&L management, multi-store retail leadership, and team development. Most recently, Medeiros served as General Manager for top-tier collision facilities, where he successfully directed operations generating over $5 million in annual revenue while maintaining rigorous gross profit targets and driving customer-centric performance.

In his new role at Simplicity Car Care Calgary South, Medeiros will lead daily facility operations, nurture local insurer and fleet partnerships, and implement Simplicity’s proprietary workflow technologies, which consistently deliver network-wide repair cycle times 30% faster than the Canadian industry average.
