Brian and his team did a great job on my car at a very fair price and in a fraction of the time other shops quoted saving on replacement rental and stress.Would not hesitate to recommend them to family , friends and anybody who needs their services. ( I found them after my neighbour recommended when they worked on his truck )

I had an amazing experience at Simplicity Car Care Newmarket after my car was involved in an accident. The team was incredibly friendly and professional, and they did such a fantastic job on the repairs that it was like the accident never happened! I'd like to thank Brian and his staff for their professionalism in handling the recent repairs they did on my vehicle. They were able to complete the work within the promised timeline and the end result was a car that looks as good now as it ever did. Communication was excellent all the way through including coordination with my insurance provider and the replacement car rental company

Because for the first time, the insurance company found the nearest insurance company claims store. The car has been repainted up to 3 times and the paint has fallen off. Urging insurance companies to move. Found this reliable store. Thank you very much indeed. Time is short. Good workmanship. The shopkeeper is a warm and kind person who is serious and responsible for his work. I think you all know that. What it's like to settle a claim and turn your back on someone. For the same thing once, twice, three times. Take the time to process. Tired. Thanks again to the store.

Forever grateful for simplicity car care I was in a accident two weeks ago they were quick to respond to my insurance claim and got the work done beautifully and in great time and kept me in the loop with each process of the repairs - I didn't even need to call to check in I had an email each time they started a new part of the repair. Great service great shop

Came in with a broken bumper radiator and lowerspoiler. These guys fixed everything to a perfection and did an amazing job. Paint looks better than when i first bought it, bumper looks and stands amazing and the radiator is showing just the way i want it. They also cleaned and detailed my car. Highly recommended. I shall be back when i hit an elephant and break my car again but hopefully dat aint gon happen.

I have known Brian for decades. He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He attends to required repairs only and does not upsell unnecessary repairs nor does he impose. Their customer service is excellent. Though, their location is far, I always take my car to Brian as I trust him to perform an exceptional quality job in my car. He is also caring and pays attention to detail. I have been a customer for decades and would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Simplicity Car Care in Newmarket were first class from beginning to end. The craftsmanship in their work from painting the front hood on my car beginning to end was amazing!
