Don't know how they get good reviews. The rust repair we paid almost 2000.00 for all came back in weeks. After the fourth repair on the truck they refused to fix it again. Owner said couldn't cut it out due to a brace behind the area. Did it myself (10ft job) no brace behind. It still hasn't come back. Real rip off. Looked like sanded and painted. Nothing else

I had a great experience at Simplicity car care. They did an amazing job fixing my car, and the service was top-notch. The front desk lady Yesha was friendly and helpful, making everything easy. Highly recommend!

They treat you great here, Bryce is super awesome! Only downfall is lack of contact during repair process...Front desk lady doesn't seem very interested, invested or knowledgeable.

My partner dealt with this shop. Not only did they lie about scheduling her car in, the manager had the nerve to call her and beg to have her remove her google review after they screwed up. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Gina has been absolutely amazing to work with. My insurance company has been a nightmare to deal with but she was able to fill in some of the blanks for me! Unfortunately my vehicle has been written off so there was "fixing" to be done but everything up to that point was smooth. Gina made sure that I knew the process, the next steps and always kept in the loop with updates. If I ever need a shop this is the one I will choose every time! Gina is definitely an asset to your business!

Always a pleasure to deal with their team even when the circumstances of why you're there in the first place is not always a good one. They help to make sure you are taken care so that you know even though things didn't go your way to begin with, you'll come out of it ok. This all happens because you leave satisfied with a product where you won't be reminded that an unfortunate event occurred in the first place.

I needed some help with replacing a rear washer nozzle. Turns out that it went all the way back to the brake light and body part above the tailgate. Bryce came out to check the situation and listened to my situation and my concerns. He knew exactly what to do. He and his crew did a great job in taking it apart and putting back together again as it should be. And at a really great price. Thanks for the great work and a great experience.

Great experience, would highly recommend!! Had my windshield replaced as well as had them fix a rust strip and repaint along the window ledge where the window meets the roof. All the staff were great to talk to, I understood exactly what was going on with my SUV. They had all the work completed within the time frame quoted.

Yasha is quite friendly, and she treated me like family. With her experience and knowledge, I got a rental car after taking transit for two weeks. Whenever I phoned the shop, she gave me a detailed update on the repair. A stress-free experience with her help.

We had a little mishap on our vehicle and the rear door was dented and not functional. Mike and his team at Simplicity Auto presented us with several options to get this repair completed and it was only a couple weeks until the job was all done. When we picked up the vehicle it literally felt like a brand new car (even though it's 10 years old!) We were thrilled with the immaculate detailing that was done as part of the service and then new door looks like new! Thank you for a wonderful experience and for transforming our car back to new!

My son got his bumper messed up on a 4 month old car in a hit and run in parking lot. Took car to this location and feared the worst, buying a new bumper. However, these guys were able to reattach the bumper and clean up bumper. Extremely fair and fast service.Definitely recommend
