I cannot stress the level of integrity shown to me by the owner and his team. I was a walk-in early Saturday morning and needed my rear brakes and possibly a bearing changed, as quoted by another mechanic. They got me in within 15 minutes, assessed the car and told me that I didn’t require a bearing, instead of taking my word and doing a job that wasn’t required. They got rid of my engine light for me complimentary and told me what that issue was for future repairs. They gained a new customer for their honesty, pricing and efficiency as the service was done within an hour and half.

I took my niece car for repair after the accident. The bumper needed to be changed. The car had some rust on both sides close to the bumper. They did an exceptional job and also fixed the rusty area at the same price. The owner and the team are very caring and professional. highly recommend Abbas (Owner) shop.

Right Choice! The insuurance company has recommended me this auto body shop to repair my car rear ended by a school bus.Asid ( a soft spoken person ) has assisted me profesionally and his team has done a superb job in restoring back the conidtion of my car. The photo below ( before and after) speak for itself. Also the car interior is thoroughly clean and wax.

Mr. Abbas & his son were absolute professionals and very kind. My car had a leak and it turned out to be a very simple fix. They did not even charge me anything, which I was very surprised about, we don’t see many helpful people like this nowadays!Greatly appreciate Mr. Abbas and will definitely be recommending my friends & family to come here in the future as I’ve also seen their prices being very reasonable compared to the competition.Highly Recommend this place!

Recommended by my Car insurance for an accident repair. The staffs were friendly , have done a wonderful job, delivered the car in few days , well ahead of schedule. In addition they replaced my summer tires free of cost (80$) and car inside was cleaned thoroughly which was a bonus. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I am planning to come back for maintenance repairs.

This is one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to, and my experience was fantastic. I had a small scratch on my Tesla Model Y and went through my insurance who referred to this place. I spoke with Ren who set me up with everything that I needed and did a fair appraisal. The job was done on time with excellent care, and they also cleaned my car afterwards, which is a nice plus. Very kind, professional and courteous people that answer all of my questions, and gave me the reassurance that they would do their best and delivered! I would definitely use this auto shop again, and I would definitely recommend this place to any one of my friends or family.

But this is an exception: I wanted to leave this review to encourage businesses to focus on quality work and customer experience. I had great experience with Simplicity: everyone being genuinely honest; prompt and clear communication; very friendly staff; Abbas himself walking me through all the details of the repair; rental car coordination; high quality repair work, ahead of schedule; thoroughly cleaned the vehicle in and out after the service; very reasonable price; overall, great quality work and excellent customer service – Abbas himself even picked me up from the car rental company when I rushed up during Friday’s snow storm.

Fabulous work done by Mr Abbas and his team! Had a dent and scratch to take care of on my Elantra 2022. Not only was the work done flawlessly, but the best thing was next day delivery. It's probably the fastest in town. Also. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place for any auto body works, especially if you want quick service.

First time I went to this place and I’m thrilled with my jeep. Was in a bad accident and they made it look brand new. Amazing staff. So happy highly recommended. No nonesense professional service. 5 star will never go anywhere else. Adding to this review ….had an issue with the transmission fluid and called them back they were amazing and willing to fix the problem. I can’t believe the customer care provided. One of the best mechanic shops in Mississauga. More than fair prices combined with good work by Abbas and his team. Brought my car here for collision repair work and he did an excellent job. Also helped arranged the rental and deal with the insurance company. I also come here for general maintenance.
