Simplicity Car Care, one of Canada’s leading automotive repair franchise networks, is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Blouin as a Regional Growth & Performance Manager for Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces.
Frank brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, and dealer network development across North America. Most recently serving as Vice President of Sales and Operations at Matrix Motor Distribution., Frank has built a career defined by scaling revenue, expanding distribution networks, and forging strong partnerships in highly competitive industries. His background spans senior leadership roles at CMI Motor/CFMOTO Canada, ARGO XTV, and Polaris Inc., where he spent two decades overseeing a major Eastern Canadian territory and driving sustained dealer network growth.
In his new role, Frank will work closely with franchise partners across Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces to drive performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen Simplicity Car Care’s presence in both markets. His expertise in dealership network expansion, KPI-driven performance management, and complex B2B negotiations positions him uniquely to support franchise partners and accelerate regional growth.
