Simplicity Car Care announced a leadership transition as part of its continued growth strategy, with Domenic Ieraci stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer and Paul Prochilo transitioning into the role of Chief Growth Officer, effective June 15, 2026.
This leadership transition reflects Simplicity Car Care’s continued evolution as a growing, performance-driven organization focused on scaling its operations and strengthening its market position. As the Company expands across Canada and into new markets, this structure reinforces both operational discipline and growth execution.
As Chief Executive Officer, Domenic Ieraci will lead overall company performance, strategy, and execution. His focus will be on strengthening alignment across the organization, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring consistent execution as the business continues to scale.
As Chief Growth Officer, Paul Prochilo will lead all growth-related initiatives, including insurance partnerships, franchising, acquisitions, and strategic relationships. In this role, he will focus on expanding the Company’s network, strengthening insurer engagement, and driving system-wide revenue growth.
