I brought my badly damaged car here after an accident and the service went well above my expectations. The owner explained in detail what needed to be done and gave me honest estimates. Great service, excellent work done. Been to other shops before, but work was always badly done. Highly recommend this place.

1st class service. Rear bumper was « off », wasn’t sure what to do and what would be the process, they helped me on the fly and I was lucky the number was just unclipped. Highly recommended.

Been rustproofing my 2017 SUV since day 1 . A bit of rust has appeared on both sides between the back quarter panel and the rear bumper . I went to simplicity for having it taken care of before it gets serious , the owner explained that rusting in that area of an SUV is inevitable and explained why , he told me that if really want to get it done he would , but because of where it is , rust will be back no matter what is done. he suggested I keep rust proofing and not to spend money to repair this.

I would rate it 5star but my interior got stained by a white residue that was not their before. But the job was well done.
